Don’t order a special cake from this Target if you really need one. I ordered a Hello Kitty cake on Tuesday for Thursday pickup for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called to check the status. The cake decorator never made my cake, didn’t let anyone know that there was an order, and didn’t come in due to bad weather. The manager said she only works every other day or so but I could come in and pick up a regular cake and they could write on it. If I wanted a regular cake, I wouldn’t have bothered ordering one! Not the worst thing in the world to happen but this leaves me very little time to improvise.
So disappointed from the bakery. My 3 years old wanted a hand-decorated sugar cookie today she was halfway through her cookie when it was a bandage in the bite she took shew.the bandage was disgusting I'm worried that maybe had blood on.i have never have any problem with target.
I’ve done pickup in-store twice and I usually will grab some stuff checkout at the self-checkout then go do the pickup and every time I do that I am given one bag per item. For example, I picked up three items in-store today and received three plastic bags for each item. It’s such a waste of plastic and just unnecessary. I also always end up having to wait 5-10 minutes for my items despite the Target app saying my items are ready for pickup and then I end up getting asked by multiple employees if I’m being helped already. Pickup services could definitely be improved.
I often order groceries and other items for pickup/drive-up from Target. I have found that they are much faster than the local grocery stores, but that is not all--they are generally less money! And, they are considerably more accurate! One time waited in the drive-up line longer than 45 minutes at Hy-Vee in one of the Omaha, Nebraska stores only to discover they actually brought out less than half of my order. Target lets you know immediately online if they are out of a product instead of waiting 5 hours for pickup and then having to re-shop! I am extremely happy with Target shopping!! Thank you, Target!! You are the BEST!
The staff is extremely helpful! Prompt, courteous and honest!
Nick the associate in electronics made my experience at Target a great one. He approached me and asked if I had any questions as I was looking at tvs. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I wasn't sure I was going to buy one that day, but I ended up getting one. Nick made sure the other associates were aware of the details because I had to go home and drive a larger vehicle for the pick up.
Always has a great selection of clothing. Always something for all 4 of my kids with very different styles and sizes. Great option for quality home goods as well. We frequent this store for everything from back to school clothes, to a last minute birthday card or gift. One of the better selections of local Targets
Friendly staff, with a neat and clean store. The planogram layout is pretty good and it seems they usually always have items in stock. Wish they had maybe 1-2 more regular check outs open during the weekend to help accommodate the higher number of shoppers so people would not have to wait as long in lines.
Dont really shop at target but placed onlune order for electric football game. Missing pcs returning for refund. Giving 2 stars because drove to a location out of my area for this item to be missing all balls and scoreboard pc. Pickup was excellent.
