Love going to Target, the only issue I have is the long lines and how there is rarely a cashier. Other than that it is one of my many go to places for groceries and beauty supplies. The workers there are all so friendly and helpful. I should also mention that the Starbucks staff are always so friendly and they always get my order right.

So far in the last few minutes, I've called three times. After two minutes of being on hold the phone automatically disconnects. I was thinking of my sweet introduction phrase and how I would explain the crisis I'm in right now to the poor soul on the other line. I live thirty minutes away and really need an associate to answer the phone because if I drive that way and find that you guys don't have what I need, I'm gonna be upset. Yes I looked online. If you need someone to answer your phones, HIRE ME. I'm looking for a job and we as customers deserve good customer service. Thank you for considering my application!

I'm trying to understand why Target deals & coupons are advertised,  then after meeting the coupon requirement & receiving the giftcard advertised at checkout, Target is deducting that amount from my personal checking account WITHOUT notification.  this is the 2nd time this has happened. Why am I paying for my own giftcard? Don't bother advertising for it if you're going to bait & switch. I encourage everyone who has ever received a giftcard to double check your account to make sure you didn't pay for it your yourself  Also, I placed my order and i ended up running in the store for something else so I did my own pick up and took it to the service desk. The woman would not take my merchandise and she told me i needed to wait for one of their associates to get around to it. Seems like that's an unnecessary "hiccup" in the system that you can't just go in and cross off an order as complete if the items are right in front of you ready to go.  Also it's Hot As Hell in this store now. I don't wander anymore. I know global warming is happening and the powers that be do not care but the hot outside plus inside is a big determinant to browsing this Target.

I called the target number in hopes of finding a product I needed since I live far from town, and was hung up on several times tonight, then after after for her name she couldn’t give it to me, then asking for a manager she couldn’t give it to me and in stead hung up. Unbelievable this is the customer service that customers are given.

The customer service never has anyone working for returns. If they do they have them doubled up to go to the back also getting pick up orders. Just waited in line for 30 minutes to return a Christmas gift that rang up on the app but when we finally made it to the cashier she said they couldn’t be returned without a receipt. I’d rather just have a machine.

Incompetence.  When you order for online pickup it is usually because you are in a hurry.  My order was not at the front desk.  He said it was at the very back of the store, never said he was going to get it.  I got halfway to the back & asked, employees said I was supposed to pick it up at front.  Several minutes after looking for him, he came shuffling back up to the desk, swinging my package.  Why send out a message if your order is truly not ready.  I could have purchased it in store faster.  A waste of time.

The one star is basically a negative 1star. Over the last year my 5 star rating which I did not leave a review then - has dropped to sub 1-star. The morale of the hourly employees has bottomed out! They've cut so many hours. The working people can't get by on 20 hours even at $12.00+/hr. Well, maybe they could IF - IF....they could have the same work schedule EVERY week which would allow them to pick up another part time job. I am posting pictures to show the results of minimal staffing practices. There's also one picture of safety issue. I observed this guy climb up the post closer to exit door and called the store. No one came out to check. Ten minutes later he climbed down and went up on this beam further down - near employee lounge area. Called store again --- 10 minutes no one came out.

The Target in Tigertown is always my go-to. The staff are friendly, the store is clean, and the store stays well stocked. I love how the stock changes frequently giving a larger variety to shop from in an area that can be limiting at times.

I've been pleasantly surprised by Target lately. This location is always clean and neat reasonably well-organized too, but the layout is what it is, and if you know what you're looking for, you can find some real solid deals, including everyday prices on some grocery. This location is better able to keep a frozen item that I buy semi-regularly in stock than Kroger or Walmart are - *and* their version is superior. The employees here are almost always friendly, and tonight my compliments go to the lady who stopped her online pickup pick to thoroughly check the back for me, and the gentleman at customer service who was able to make a one-time price adjustment. Great job folks!  The lighting here also feels a little less harsh probably lower color temperature than Walmart, and it's overall a much more pleasant place to be.

Target in Tiger Town Opelika is the most favorite store I highly recommend to anyone and everyone. I love the easy app as well to put an online order, shipping order or pickup order. My favorite at times would be the pickup order where I place my order submit and get an email to let them no I'm on my way. As I arrive on the app. I disclose color of car, what kind of car and slot number. Almost immediately a very friendly and kind employee of Target will bring your order and on my way. Love it!!! Even the parking areas have the signs with the numbers in an area of the parking lot where there is not at alot of traffic so it's a much more safe and easy maneuver. Target always thinks of us customers in all and every way.
