Welp.. my girl couldn't find anything here. The closing mangers or supervisors should be on top of this a bit more. Not the first time I've seen this area upside down.
Nice clean store. But pharmacy and optical isn't open and no one attended the self checkout.
I get that they can’t find enough good help, but combining the “I ordered ahead to save time” pick up line with the “I’m cheap and don’t research so I return used stuff” line is… Awful. I ordered ahead, made sure, and still had to wait 45 minutes behind people returning underwear and opened boxes of diapers.
This is the worst target to visit. I waited in a very long line for the self checkout, which is very typical for this target store which is why I RARELY come to this target location. Unfortunately, instead of the self checkout, I got kareen, a cashier. She was rude, walked away as soon as I got to her register which was next to self checkout. She didn't greet me, didn't ask me about my experience, barely even made eye contact with me. But the part that really frustrated me was where I tried to ask questions about my giftcard and if it got applied to the transaction and she just flat out ignored me. She acknowledged the next customer while I tried to ask again about my receipt, she made eye contact and didn't respond. I left target more frustrated because of my NEGATIVE experience with KAREEN. That's why I avoid cashiers and always go to self check out. This target store is the worst when it comes to checking out. I also called target customer service about this experience. I won't be returning to this location where I'm treated like a number, and not a valued customer. Kareen is a horrible cashier.
The heavy set black woman working the returns counter isn't honest. I had a return and my receipt had a faded barcode on it and two of the numbers were faded, but, could be read if you looked at it closely. I told her the numbers and she said they were not right and then told me to talk to a store manager in the morning. I went to another Target instead as I had a bad feeling about her and I was right - they keyed in those numbers and the return went through. I don't know what her problem is or if she is just lazy, but she was not honest with me and I could feel some tension from her on top of it. Maybe she didn't like me for my skin color? Is Shopping While White a thing now? Could be.
I love my local Pembroke Pines location. But for Drive, Up, you have the staff outside in the South Florida heat with no tent or cover. This location has been essential the last couple of years with everything that has happened. Get the team some shade cover while they work. The deserve the best!!!!
I really wish I would have read the reviews before placing a curbside order here. This location is completely out of the way but had some items in stock I needed. I placed the order at 2:45 and called when I got off at five to check. No answer. Between 5 & 8 I must have called about 15 times and I tried every department and nobody answered. Cancelled my order and went to Walmart.
I really really dislike this Target. They always cancel 5+ of my pick up items and they take FOREVER to come out with them. I would much rather drive the extra 5 mins to the Davie store - they rarely run out of items. I called Guest Services last time I had a pick up because my kid needed to go to the bathroom and I wanted to see if our stuff was coming out soon. Two calls and 10 mins of the phone ringing and no one picked up. Horrible service.
Excellent service and the manager Mark that assisted me went above and beyond to make a customer satisfied. He made a little boy very happy .. The cashier as well was very friendly...
Newly remodeled. Employees here has always been nice. Been here so many times and never disappointed. Always clean and not so busy.
