I like this Target, it always clean and I'm able to find what I need. Don't ever go to the Starbucks inside the Target. Make the drive out to the free standing one just down the plaza. The employees are rude and your drinks are thrown together. My matcha drink had chunks of the tea with more ice anything else, worst $7 I've ever spent. Having a Starbucks is convenient but it's not worth getting a drink here.
Best Target in the area! I will drive out of my way to go to this location. They are always stocked and I can always find help. They also do a great job with their order pick-up and customer service desk. Those teams are always very friendly and quick to help.
Zero associates to check out. How is this possible with a Target that has full grocery? On top of this being a Saturday with all the back 2 school shopping. Just unacceptable to be forced to do self checkout and end up putting all my food on the floor after I’ve bagged them. You spent all this time and money to remodel this Target and it is beautiful and is a joy to shop in. Then to be completely shocked to see No One checking people out was the biggest disappointment ever.
All the staff have been wonderful, from the young men at the order pick-up to the Starbucks baristas and the cashiers, especially a pleasant woman named Mary. The store is always clean, quiet and well-stocked. My 6 year old son calls this store "his" Target and refuses to shop at any other location.
I love this Target but hate the way it is now chopped up since the remodel. It reminds me too much of Walmart now. We did not need an Ulta when there is one across the street. It seems like the new marketing is for makeup, hair and clothes. Downsizing the garden area, home improvement will reduce the amount of money I spend there. Employees continue to be helpful and nice. Bad choice Target on the “new” shopping experience
I had to return a Nerf gun I had gotten for my son that ended up being way more than he could handle for his age. The whole process was quick, easy and most importantly, hassle free overall. Sometimes when returning things, intentional or not, the employee doing the return will be hostile, or defensive or unwilling to work with me as the customer. I’m not sure if this happens to anyone else, or if i’m even explaining this well but it’s almost as if the employee is offended i’m returning something and takes it personally. This could also be on me, as I feel bad returning things. Never the less, this is not at all what I experienced this trip. The employee that helped me was so kind and didn’t hound me or ask me a bunch of questions. It was a great experience.
Very quick service at the drive up. Didn’t give the heads up I was coming in the app like I was supposed to but still received my stuff in a very timely manner and he still apologized to me for the wait when there wasn’t one really.
Grooming of children, SICK. Never again Target, Never again will I ever spend a PENNY in any store. Been a Target fan for 30+ years...spent thousands of dollars. I just bought multiple big fabric new bags, they went into the firepit last night!
Never purchase gift cards from this store. This store is selling tampered gift cards and when reached customer care to resolve the issue they are not caring. Not sure about how many other stores are in this practice. Case # 183 365 350
This is hands down the best target I have ever visited. I have fairly bad anxiety & grocery shopping has always been a stressful experience for me. Because I live in the heart of the city, my typical experience at other stores has been one overcrowded with shoppers, empty shelves, & impatient grumpy people who always happen to need what I am standing near & blocking their way and they’re not shy about letting me know this either. I’d typically walk away with only a few items that were in stock and rush out. So safe to say when I found this target I was overjoyed. The shelves are always stocked, it is never crowded, & the shoppers and staff are very easygoing & friendly. I do not live in the area at all but it is always well worth the drive.
