Brought in something with a receipt that was passed their 90 day limit toys they got in July for a bday, unused without boxes unopened and turned away for a return. Didn't return them sooner because i had missplaced receipt. Well, i finally found the receipt so brought them in! Told to come back with someone else's ID to process a return because I'd already returned an item over their dollar limit without a receipt even though I had a receipt. Just dumb...
Making a return was easy especially with being able to access my purchase history and receipt from the Target app. Staff is always friendly and helpful
Update with photo: 9/6/22 Half the ranch on their shelf expired in July of 22, 3 months ago! What are you all doing?! Was just sold expired food for like the 10th time. I honestly don't think the kids they hire are of any use. This is dangerous, pay attention if you shop there.
This store has a shopping time limit of 30 minutes because if you spend more than 30 mins in this store, security start following you on each isle. In other words target consider any customer spending more than 30 mins a shop lifter especially when you are in electronic section. The store is a tsunami - nothing priced right, stuff stocked like goods train. Dollar tree down the road is much neater. And when you dont find prices ofcourse you will spend more time to scan from your phone. hen the great james bond security will be on you!
I had purchased a bike at a different Target location that had issues. I stopped in to the Plainfield Target and spoke to the manager Keith and explained to him what was wrong with the bike and could this store help me out. I brought the bike to the Plainfield store so that their “bike assembler” could look at it. There were a few more issues with the bike than I had originally thought, they ended up giving me a replacement at no charge. I cannot stress enough how both managers, Keith and Rita went above and well beyond what I had hoped they’d do, they took care of me and then some. Thank you.
Convenient location, but they often are not stocked well, and are the slowest Target in the area when it comes to preparing orders via the app, like over four hours for a small order, made first thing in the am slow.
First time visiting this Target as I am from the Peoria, Illinois area and it was a very nice store much better than back home. I loved the layout of the store, everything is so nicely organized & I was able to get in there and find what I needed right away.
Great store, has most of the things I need but they need body butters by tree hut. need to get those in stock.
Please reconsider where you put sprays without off switches!!! My child sprayed herself with the Mr. Clean and it doesn’t have an off switch!! All cleaners and room sprays should be on high shelves. This is a huge potential hazard for kids
I placed an order online, drove an hour and a half and when I arrived I was told my order was in the process of being finished. While I waited in the store I was told that the item was no longer available.
