I like Target at this location. 2 days before Christmas, one can still find parking. The store is clean and organized. Workers were helpful when we asked about an item. The checkout lines were not long. I especially like the outdoor pickup option!
This Target location is extremely "meh." The only reason I ever shop here is because it is closest to my house, and sometimes what I want is not in stock at the 4S or Escondido South store. All other things being equal, I would not choose this store. The employees need better training. Even when they are not busy, the service is poor. Online orders take forever to fulfill -- not "ready in 2 hours" as promised. I never have issues at any other Target, so I can only conclude that there is a management/training issue here. Target corporate needs to pay attention and make improvements!
I came her looking for sunglasses. They weren’t inclusive for men. The Women’s section had a ton of sunglasses, but the mens section was almost completely empty and didn’t have anything worth picking up. Men need UV protection too. On the upside though there were tons of pride shirts and trans kids clothes.
I got there mainly for their prices on groceries but they are frequently out of stock for many popular items. It is also horrendously busy at almost all times of the day. Lines start in the morning and be prepared to wait if its really late and self checkout is closed. Parking is a nightmare here so I'd come either when they open or after 10pm.
I always enjoy going to this Target location especially today's visit; no line at Customer Service and crew member was helpful. As I looked inside the store at the clothing and shoes departments, there was not much selections of merchandise like it used to be.
I love the pick-up option for groceries at Target. With a new baby, it’s not easy for me to go inside the store to get what we need. Service is very fast and friendly.
Im glad how boys and girls stuff is not mixed. Science tells us there are only 2 main genders. Everything doesn't need to have that anti family flag on it.
It's nice and clean, has most of the things I want with good quality and good prices, and it has scooters for customers who find it hard to walk.
This Target store is one of the better ones. Bigger, we’ll stocked, more selection & more sections than the other Targets, they seem like the original stores than these newer smaller boutique stores popping up everywhere, solid! Parkings lot is accessible and the staff were friendly & helpful, will definitely keep this on to go to list.
The customer service was incredible. I had to do a return that was proving difficult to do for the system but Madie D., Elia, and Shirley were patient and worked out any and every way they could to solve the problem. They went above and beyond to get things resolved and were a prime example of Customer Service done right. I'm definitely coming back to this store because of them.
