The store was better stocked then the one off of Moreno Beach Dr. But every stall from the bathroom looked like this. Definitely need more employees to clean up the bathrooms.
Looks like a tornado hit the inside of the store. Placed a "pickup" order at 5:33pm per their confirmation email with am estimated pick up time of 7:35pm. I went to the customer no service desk at 8:30 to check on status. Zero help! Cites the fact that they have over 250 orders pending, tells me to wait for an email, etc., usual excuses. I go to the shelf to pick up the one important item. Nothing there. In spite of not filling my order or even having the ability to fill my order, Target has no problem taking the full amount of the order from my bank account. In my not so humble opinion, taking money for nothing is called theft! I have no problem verifying funds, but actually taking payment for nothing???
Front of store was messy and lots of bums out front asking for money. Inside of store front was littered with lots of trash. Hardly any shopping carts to no shopping carts for long periods of time. Has a Starbucks. Clothing area is nice and clean. Back of store and toys is clean. Currently back to school shopping section is under construction only odds and ends left. Grocery section is very clean. Liquor and alcohol is limited/ not many options. Overall it was okay. Not the best not the worst but it was decent.
Will never do pickup here again! I ordered formula at 6. At 8 my order was still not ready. When I put in my order there were 4 in stock at 8 they said the formula was sold out. My husband went to the store to pick up or get a different one they told him he had to cancel it online. We did not get our money back that day and I had used my points for the formula and couldn’t get those back that day to go towards the other formula. My baby really needed it. It was such a waste of time.
Bathroom was disgusting,they were not stocked and tp all over the floor along with empty clothes hangers of items that had obviously been shop lifted. Shoe department had shoes and boxes all over the floor. I love Target, but im definitely going to have to shop a different location.
This Target has been steadily going downhill over the past couple years. Nothing is stocked right, items all over the place and on the floor, bathrooms are constantly disgusting, etc. New trend is management allowing bums to stand outside the front entrance and harass customers to buy their candy. Unpleasant experience all around.
Tried calling about my drive up order for 30 minutes with no one answering phones. Phone call hangs up after 2 minutes. If I wasn't sick I would just cancel and go in and get it but I don't want to put anyone else at risk.
There are many. Food, daily necessities, toys, etc.
I won’t TRUST there in store pick up or curbside pickups any more ! I got this on an in store pick up HOW YOU GOING to give me a child formula looking like this!! I don’t know if has been tampered with! And you expect me to give it to my new born ?? Lol this target needs to get it together there slowly getting worse !
Starting to look like Walmart...MUST DO BETTER , the entrance of the store is a REFLECTION of the entire store and shows poor management skills.
