I frequently shop at the Salem Massachusetts location for two reasons. One most importantly, the customer service is phenomenal. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate. The second, I almost always find what I need. The store is clean and things are easy to find. Always a great experience
Jasmin & Justin from the Salem, MA Target are both amazing!! Excellent customer service from both of them! Jasmin located a staff member for me to see if I could purchase the display of a Halloween decoration I had been searching for at nearby Targets, but it was sold out everywherePurchasing the display was my last hope! She found someone who gave us permission to buy it, and that’s where Justin came in to help get it down from the wall. Thank you all so much!!
Jan at the Target in Salem, MA was super helpful at checkout !! Seeing that I had my two kids with me, she let me know of this app to download where I can upload my receipts and get rewards towards GC or cash! She said she knew how expensive kids can be and thought it would be useful for me! She was so friendly and her customer service was top notch
I would not recommend this stores. Is thief haven. My mom left her purse by the shoes department for about 10 minute. Someone took it and left the stores. All her belongings and car keys were there. It was the worst nightmare I ever had. I have to filed a police report . I will never shop there anymore.
I received my stuff in half the time specified on the website. A call to Guest Services resulted in an accommodation: I could have my merchandise brought to my car by parking in the pickup place rather than entering the store to speak with Customer Service. I learnt how to order in the future, but I appreciated the staff's willingness to bend the rules this time. It was my first order of this type with Target.
Inventory at the Salem Target was subpar. I’ve been to Targets not more then 20 miles away with better inventory. Also the clerks seem indifferent to customers.

This Target has racist employees who racially profiled their customers. This is coming from a white woman myself.
This Target should win an award for ,"Most disgusting bathroom's"3 years and running.There is always an abundance of fecal matter,urine,and blood in/on the toilets,walls,and floors whenever I have attempted to use the restroom.
My daughter was in Target and saw the Sleeping Charmander pillow buddy. I was not with her at the time, and she really wanted it, so I went on Target.com and bought it to be picked up at my local Target when I got out of work. The online price was $52.99. I found out later that the in store price was $29.99. So I paid $22 more all because I did online to be picked up in a few hours at the store. This is disgusting to me and Target should be ashamed for duping customers in this manner. Not only will I never go to Target again, but I will never use my Target card again and will certainly never recommend Target to anyone. However, I will tell people about my experience and how target.com scams people by raising the prices for the convenience of buying an item and picking it up at the store. Target is no better than Amazon. I'm done with big stores and will only buy from smaller stores now and in the future. Thanks for the valuable and costly lesson Target.
