Today my worst experience in this trashy and filthy Target. I was in aisle 8 waiting and 2nd in the line suddenly this Chinese looking cashier turn off aisle lights and told me "its closed pls go to 9" the fact that I've only 5 items in my cart so i moved to next cashier then wait in line again.Before i left good thing i checked my receipt this cashier guy in isle 9 scan the item 5X instead of 3 items so i went to Customer service to correct it but again i waited in line for 3rd times!!!!
Great Target with big wide aisles and plenty of product. I was able to find what I was looking for easily. The employees wipe down the registers and carts after each guest,but you do still have to mask up before entering. I'm a big fan of Target stores because they're always clean and the store layout is on point every time!
Definitely take advantage of the curbside pickup very very convenient great customer service pairs with the app making it a very nice and smooth process
As always and I do not get tired of saying it target is for me one of the best shopping stores you find everything a modern store supremely organized clean I am visiting in San Antonio Texas and I came to target do some shopping and too organized the store you find of all so much things of sport of Disney of things for your home in almost all the stores of Target you will be able to find a space of Starbucks where you will be able to enjoy its delicious coffee some desserts and all its menu also for your children you will find toy store everything you want for they have a pharmacy inside that is called Cvs you also find everything there the truth is a very complete store you find both food and personal items and for your homelove TARGET!!!!!!
wish i could negative stars...Ordered Drive up 1hr and 22 min ago..thinking it'll be like my hometown Target and it'll be fast literally always less then 30min and its ready ...items were not ready, when trying to ask if they picked them up so I can just purchase in store they said there was no way they could know that since order was in processing and it takes 2hrs...they called a Joann and she said i would just have to wait or cancel and wait till it goes back on the floor....instead of just using the walkie talkie and asking if anybody had picked up the order and I cancel it and get the item the item was not on the floor anymore ...common sense and I asked can they ask on the walkie talkie and the girl said no they could not... just stupid..i know the app gives a 2hr window but that doesnt mean to be lazy and wait for the whole 2 hrs...no help at all... lazy workers
Never have I had to wait long for them to bring my items out. All employees have been nice so far and love the option to notify Target you are on your way
The Westover Hills store is always clean, the staff is efficient and friendly. It’s always quick to check out as well the way they manage the cashier lines!
During store visit associates helped me so generously with a smile. Cashier was very patient with me bcuz card wouldn’t go through, assisted me in how to fix what I was doing wrong.
Part of my order canceled for no reason because it was in stock when I got off the car to check!! Wait time was ridiculous and no parking spaces available.
Always have a great experience with the drive up orders .
