They lose one star because their red shopping carts are usually filthy or have wadded up tissues and trash in them. I realize that Target employees aren't the ones that leave the trash behind. It's their sloppy customers. But there ought to be a way to get this handled. My second gripe is continually finding rotten vegetables and fruits. Yuck.
I have never had an issue with this target store until today. I placed a pick up order for baby formula. My order wasn’t ready. I kindly asked if I could just pick it up sense I was already there. The cashier said “Nope. You have to wait the 2hrs” only for us to leave and it be ready literally 10mins after we left. I live 45mins away. We were in town. Right when I go to cancel it 10 minutes after we left. My order is ready. It’s Mother’s Day. Like come on! You can’t be nice enough to just get my order. It’s one item. Not coming back to this target. I’ll stick with Valencia when in town. Luckily this ruined my Mother’s Day for only 5 minutes. Valencia has much nicer staff.
Order online and use the drive up area to pick up items!! Super fast and efficient. Great for those who have a busy lifestyle and just do not have time to go into the store. If the items are available at check out, they are 99% always available for pickup. Unlike other stores that can change or end up with half the items unavailable when the order is completed.
I love target, and this one is good, but there are times when I will go to the Target on Magic Mountain if I have an issue because a couple of the managers at this Target are a bit difficult to put it nicely. I’m keeping my review at 4 stars due to the fact that a lot of the employees here are extremely helpful and actually have decent knowledge of the products around which they work. TIP: If you ever need a moment of quiet, come up to the target parking lot and just look around at the views. It’s absolutely gorgeous up here.
15 minutes till closing and purchase of two Rice Krispy Cereal boxes I left two behind, makes a very happy shopper! Clean store and friendly staff!
I can always count on Target to typically have what I need in-stock. Not to mention the conveniences of being able to grocery shop, have a snack and pick up a new outfit!
My 4 1/2 yr old nephew made Pet rocks and sold them with the expectation of using the money earned to buy toys for the Spark of Love/Toys for Tots drive. I ended up in the toy area and met Employee Dan . Dan was so great! I could not have done it without his help. He was super helpful, pleasant personality, knowledgeable on products and pricing. He was an example of excellent customer service. He helped me get the most for his money. The more toys, the more kids we can make happy. Thank you Dan!!! Please give Dan a raise or at minimum a big bonus! Merry Christmas!
I love the target drive up service. they also had it before pandemic and this is a real time saver. I prefer target to buy stuff for this reason other than shopping at other stores. Also, drive up is very quick compared to some other stores where I have felt a few times that going inside the store and buying would have been faster. Keep up the great work, Target!!
By far, my favorite Target ever. Not only is it organized and clean, the staff here is amazing. We love JACK at self checkout, JAVI in drive up and last but certainly not least BRUCE at self checkout, he is amazing and provides such a customer EXPERIENCE that makes you feel like you have known him all your life. He truly is the most respectful and engaging employee ever, I have been coming here for years and have seen him handle difficult customers and interactions so gracefully, my children love him and we love coming here during the week just to be able to catch their bff Bruce in action. I often find myself coming in when I have a drive up order just to see if he’s in, probably not good for my budget as I often end up spending so much more. Bruce truly makes all the difference!!
Target has friendly and professional team members. They have price checkers but if and when you need assistance an associate can be found. If they are not sure of something they will ask someone else who does have the information. I think the quality of the products they carry is very good.The return policy is very easy and they have some pretty good deals on items I use and need. I recommend shopping at Target. I would like if they carried a little more selection of food items as well as gardening things.
