This store is ALWAYS a mess - boxes block the aisles for days, the shelves are never full, and clothes and shoes are all over the floor. It’s a disaster. The employees don’t seem particularly friendly either.
This target has gotten really bad! Baby department is super messy and disgusting!! Trash and boxes on top of boxes of product not in shelves!! Hard to shop in a place that looks this bad. Walmart starting to look way better!! That’s says a lot!!
Their drive up is absolutely TERRIBLE!! You’re better off going in and getting what you need yourself. We’ve come at different times of the day and different days of the week for drive up as we have a toddler and baby - drive up is most ideal. And we sit waiting for at least 30 minutes each time. We only come to this location because Joliet is out of something we need. Absolutely terrible
Clean target and well-organized. Good for a walk in or drive up. Have never had any issues here. Appreciate all of the staff and the hard work they put in. It's never easy dealing with rude customers, but they do their best, even in the presence of ridiculous and entitled people.
When you arrive early before they open and you realize that all the front no handicap parking is taken up by employees, you have no choice but to leave a review and hopes management does something about this. When I was an employee of JCP, employees were not allowed to park near the entrance at all. If that is the policy here, no one adheres to it and the management doesn’t enforce it because this is blatantly obvious that it’s only employees cars. No one is inside of them. And the one close park that is available is only half way available because the employee that parked in the park in front of it is reversed parked and taking up the park behind them as well. This is utterly ridiculous! They should at minimum be asked to beyond the first cart stalls. Aside from that, this Target used to have excellent customer service at the registers but now the cashiers don’t seem friendly at all.
I do not like this target. Too many people shopping not enough people to do check out. What up with the self check out line saying credit or debit only. I had cash and had to wait in long line for two items.
I am completely appalled by the way this particular store looks. Clothing thrown everywhere on the floor, isles that are impossible to pass through and shelves that are empty with boxes in front of them. I know staffing is very hard right now however this is completely unacceptable standards. That Target used to be my favorite and now I won’t go back in and will shop the competition.
I was in a hurry off the bat. Took the time to try on some clothes for vacation tomorrow. Likes what I took the time to try on. At this point I'm running late to an appointment and had to leave with out checking out. I asked to put clothes on hold they told me they couldn't. About an hour and half later I return hoping the cart was still there. Saw the lady who told me I couldn't put the clothes on hold and asked her if she saw the cart. She said no. She wasn't helpful at all! They missed out on a 250-300 dollar purchase! So frustrating!!!
I spilled my blueberries all over the floor at the self-checkout like an absolute goober, and a nice woman Target employee helped me clean them up *and* secured a replacement box while I finished scanning the rest of my stuff. 10/10, that's why this is my go-to general store
I was charged double what the sticker price said for a board game I was bought and was told by an employee oh well. And their was more then one of the item under the tag.
