As I was shopping I scanned the prices on the Target app but when I went to checkout the in-store prices were different than the online ones. Thankfully as I was about to remove the items, Bree scanned my items and she was nice enough to honor the price and give me the online price. Thank you so much Bree for your help!! Beyond Bree’s incredible service the store was very clean and organized and I found exactly what I was looking for. I’m definitely coming back soon !! Thanks again Bree!!
One of my items was out of stock and the staff went above and beyond to help me! Super friendly, best target experience I have EVER had! Thanks for getting us the swim vest we needed!
Trying to check out at this store is absolutely insane. They have 4 self check out stations for the entire store. They have about a dozen traditional check out lanes, but I have NEVER more than 2 of them open at a time. The line to check out takes about 20 minutes to get through. You guys need to either staff your check out lanes, or remove them and add more self check outs if you don’t want to pay employees. Having to wait 20 minutes to check out is unacceptable. Every time I visit this location I remember why I avoid it at all costs.
Today I was helped by a clerk by the name of Angela, they were fast and provided impressive service at the self checkout. I was in need of help and although store was about to close Angela went out of her way above and beyond to help me with checking out my items. I am very grateful to Angela and had a wonderful experience at the store.
Target doesn't care if their app repeatedly messes up. I tried so hard to build my credit with them with on time payments. One time their app messed up and I go ave a negative review on my credit report. Well this is your report Target. Listen to your customers. My credit score is above 750 and because of you I have a negative remark because I couldn't figure out your app. It's personal because you made it affect my credit for 7 years. I wouldn't recommend someone buy a water there.
Made an online order for 9 items, all in stock. Two immediately turned down after paying reportedly out of stock. Arrive to pick up order. One more item missing from my order, something I ordered two of but only received one. I go inside, wait the slow customer service line. Curbside deliverer asks me about the order, I explain missing item. He says that it was lost on the walk from that section to the front of the store. He sends someone to look. After 10 minutes, she returns with nothing. She says it was lost. And none are left in stock. I am a special education teacher, the missing items were for my students who have disabilities. The only reason I came to this location was for items out of stock at my closer Target, the first item they let me know was out of stock here after I ordered it from their “in stock” stock here.
They have a Starbucks inside. You always know what you’re gonna get from target. Clean stores. Great prices. Great products.
This store is such a mess. Came to try and find bathing suits but it was so disorganized that we walked out because nothing is in its place, nothing makes sense, you have toddler sizes mixed in with girls sizes and nothing is in any type of way that makes any kind of sense. I’m guessing they’re under staffed, I didn’t see anyone working in any of the clothing sections.
Daniel in the Electronics Departments customer service is to infinity and beyond! He listens to customers and then even provides a little education on each product as he is removing it from where they are stored. If he is busy, he is extremely polite about your turn in who he is helping and is personable. This guy is a Target national treasure and should be protected. Give that man a raise! And thank you for your service, Daniel!
Horrible management. Bree walks around stating that she is the "Management Store Lead", with her horrible attitude, I beg to differ! Target needs to get her some empathy and additional Management training, ASAP, or maybe consider terminating her employment! She walks around like the ultimate Karen! Very belittling, argumentative, condescending and nasty to employees and especially shoppers, who pay for this horrible woman to have a paycheck! Buyer beware! You would think the actual store manager would do something about this mess! There are several other complaints about Ms.Thing and her overall, bad behavior!
