Our go to place for anything! Target always has great selections of clothing, accessories, toys, furnitures and beauty products. When I first came to the states, we shopped at target for our dorm stuff. I particularly like target began to partner with designers and produced cute outfits and affordable price. Couple years ago target began to offer food and frozen food sections and also widen their beauty products.
It now takes forever to check out sometimes. However, my problem is twice in a week I’ve gone in only to find something I’m looking for nowhere near where it’s supposed to be or just gone when it’s usually there. It’s very understocked and now completely understaffed, not at all how I remember it when I first made this review a couple years ago or my visits last year. As busy as this town is, I’ve never seen a line of 50 people not moving in any other store in town.
A checkout line with 20 people at both the self checkout and cashier is unacceptable. Target profits in the billions and can't properly staff a busy store? It's still clean with good people working there but they need more help.
It's a little frustrating to go into this Target in the morning and realize that only the self checkout is opened. This has been a thing more than once now. Makes me want to avoid the store.
There's only ever one register open which means the self checkout line is always super long. They run the self checkout line like an elementary school lunch line. You can't stand near the self checkout registers without being told to stand a few feet further away from them and you can't go to an open register until you're told to. I absolutely hate going to target now and only ever come here when there is literally nowhere else in town I can get something I need.
Customer service and from the employee perspective was great. When I priced everything online at home and wanted to shop in the store I was charged more and all of the coupons that I wanted to use that I had clipped on the online service did not apply I lost about $7 in discounts. All in all I do things for the price so I can't really recommend going there because it's either have them pick it up for me or I get short at seven bucks. The nice lady that helped me was amazing.
We love coming here but the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting.. it was about 5pm I was there and those bathrooms weren't cleaned once. Unfortunately, it is up to us to do the right thing and not leave a mess behind but we also need employees to keep up with it.. I could smell the bathrooms before I was even around the first corner right where Starbucks is. I also wanted to see what shoes they had and when I saw my jaw dropped... it was an absolute mess! There were open boxes on the ground, trash, and shoes, it was a huge turn-off. What's going on with that Target??
My target today was to relieve a sore throat. A bag of cough drops and a Vicks DayQuil cough syrup did the trick. I feel better already.

As a former Target employee from another store in a different state, the HR Rep was so helpful and kind in helping me find the correct information I needed for my taxes. She took the time to help me despite the fact I was not her former employee.
