The employee Kiana Ki for short- pronounced “Key” was absolutely fantastic at helping me find what I needed visited this target on 11/18/22 at 9am! Spent 20 minutes of her time helping me! Amazing customer service!
Was just shopping around last weekend for my family and happened to notice a worker, who i believe is “Shazantha”, being rude to her co-workers!! I have worked at retail in the past and i know from first hand how easily it is for buildings to go downhill from one simple person. Definitely something needed to be discussed amongst the crew!
The Target has everything you can expect but there are clear staffing issues. I'm writing this review as I stand in a checkout line that goes down a third of the store after having already waited a while in line. There is nobody at any of the 8 registers and everyone is bottlenecked to the self checkout.
We placed a drive up order. They were speedy and came out within 2 minutes. Nick came out to our vehicle and was very energetic. He gave my children stickers. Nick is clearly someone that loves his job. You don’t meet enough people like that. Great job Nick! Keep up the good work!
Order online for pick up they double scanned on item instead of scanning each item so when I tried to return one of the items I couldn't they offered no helped tried to argue with me about that it wasn't that target I Order from after showing them the receipt with their address. Had to call customer service to return by mail and explain what they did at that store.
I love Target but this store is not up to par. I saw mold inside bubbles on the shelves not once but three times within 2 weeks, meaning they are not checking stock or noticing it right there sitting on a shelf. The shoe section is incredibly disorganized and a huge mess. It’s a disappointing Target unfortunately.
I love Target shop there very often and the employees are awesome and very helpful when needed. They’re always polite and sweet

Worst store around, wouldn't let me shop and then kicked me out. Will complain to corporate about their behavior.
930am 1 cashier with her light off. 20 people in line for self check out. Don't ever claim you are about customer service when the customer provides their own service. I left my items on the floor and will gladly shop at places like Costco who staff their store.
