No good contacted corporate target offers promotions but than they don’t have the items in stock for you to complete those promotions, Or the items are not available because the staff is not replenishing the items on the shelves. You get the excuse that they don’t have enough staff, but then you see four people talking to each other in the aisle, instead of filling the shelves. Good like finding a store general manager and target this is horrible in the week leading up to xmas. Had to call corporate to Open a case
This location is always clean and neatly stocked. Staff at checkout stations have always been helpful and are a pleasure to do transactions with. I appreciate clerks packing my purchases carefully.
The cashiers are so helpful. I always get help with the target app if I need it.

We used to shop at this Target all the time until we moved to the Oconomowoc Area. We really missed this Target as the one in Delafield is picked through and low stock part pandemic and part being on the side of a freeway. We recently moved back to the Waukesha area and this is our store again! We love it. Clean, well stocked, polite employees. Great location with Gamestop, PicknSave and TJ right there. Thanks for a good customer experience!
Excellent customer service always and even better today. I accidentally created a pick-up order at two different Targets, found out when I went to pick it up. Customer service personnel checked to see if all items were in stock there and then helped me to access my Red Card from the Target App. Cannot say enough good things about Target South and their workers.
The curbside pickup is so convenient and the employees are always helpful and friendly. This service is really appreciated.
I have been utilizing the pick up services quite often. Items are typically in stock and when I arrive I haven't waited more than a minute or two before an employee comes out with my order. They have ALL been friendly, kind and willing to chat for a minute or two. This store is running very well. They are doing their best during these hard times and I am surprised how clean they have kept the store and the check out areas. The staff has been helpful on many occasions and I definitely will keep shopping this location.
Ordered online multiple times recently and orders were all ready within the 2 hours noted when ordered. One of my pick up orders, I received the wrong lid for a tote. I had to place another order so I selected pick up instead so I could get the correct lid. Erin at the guest service desk was great and allowed me to move to the side while someone went to get the proper lid so she could continue helping other guests.
