Just a heads up if you go after 6 pm not only you will see the dirtiest target store in the city, but also every single worker will give you attitude for just asking for help. I ask for the manager who’s name is Taylor blonde girl that looks like bubble bass from SpongeBob and all she said was that she didn’t have time for me!!! Worst customer service ever.
Store looked ransacked. The TVs on display do not work, and have not worked for several years. "Sales" employees are too busy doing chores instead of helping customers. This location is in need of new management. Target is about the experience, but this one feels like a Walmart. Edit: also stock availability is not accurate because they do not mark items as "for display". This location is in need of an audit.
Logged on to their website a week or so ago which only show items that are in stock because I needed to get a specific basketball for my grandson. I found it purchased it online for pickup. Christmas Eve, which is also my husband's birthday, drove from Granbury to the store to pick up. Get there and they said do they did not have it in stock and I should have received an email. I did not receive any email the only notifications I got were two days ago that my order was ready to be picked up. And just FYI Granbury is an hour away from the store. Not very happy 2 hours of my husband's birthday we have to spend driving to pick up a Christmas present that's not there.
Why isn’t it written outside “Target”?... Anyway, inside, this branch is like any other Target’s store; clean, organized, and with a great array of products. The workers are polite and helpful. I shop there for my home, and always find great kitchen appliances but the clothes need a younger more unique touch.
I found what I needed and a little more. This store is near my job and i rather shop here to get last minute items then other near by stores cause I know the line is quick.
Tried to shop for men's boxer briefs. Almost no XXL in the store in either Hanes or FOTL. Very haphazard stocking with next to no organization. Sizes and styles were all mixed up. Very disappointing! I moved on to shop for other things.
This is the Target my mom left her phone at and one of the guys up here found it, called me, and put it at the customer service counter for us to pick up. I love doing at places where honest people work.
The gentleman who waited on me. Was so nice. Missing a star because I couldn't get the whole amount from my son's wedding registry. Only half of what was requested. Overall Target is a good place to shop.
I like having a hot dog at the Cafe every now and again. However, I was turned down one day because I was told they do not have any hot dogs in the hot dog machine. I felt disappointed at this moment, so I have a suspicion this will impact my patronage.
Target is close to my work and I love to go and shop on my lunchtime to grab what I need. Check out is always fast.
