Great prices and selection for just about everything you might need. Employees don't typically go out of their way to greet you or help you though, but that's okay for me because I always know what I need and where it is.
the prices do not always match and lots of items are not on the right shelves which is confusing and always sadly ends up with me putting it back. I try to use the app to check prices jic but most times it does not have it not stores fault I'm sure. Other than that, it's always a clean and good shopping experience. I wish their bullseyes corner cheaper finds was big like the other targets because that is the best spot of the store but what can you do, if I have the time, I just drive the extra 15min sadly to the other location. Staff is ok minus the older staffers, they are always talkative and wanting to help, so big shout out to them!
This Target is better than the West End one. The team members are friendlier, the store is cleaner, and their stock is much better.
A terrific shopping experience u til it is time to check out. They are always light on cashiers. The worst is return and exchanges. There is NEVER enough people here. Order pickup is best just done as drive up. If you come in it will take forever.
This Target is always clean and we rarely have a long wait when we need customer service. Love this store!
I purchased 4 separate items, including 3 of 1 item, for a total of 6 items altogether. Every item rang up 30 to 50 cents higher than the price listed on the shelf. After taking the items to the car, I noticed it & went back to customer service. She cheerfully refunded the difference, but had to manually calculate the percentage I was overcharged on each item & had to issue the difference for each item on a separate gift card. I wasn't refunded for 1 of the overcharges because she was flustered & after checking it, I didn't feel like going back again. Now I have 5 gift cards to carry around until I decide to go back. Be warned - The employees are friendly & the store is generally clean, but you'd better watch every single item that you buy to make sure that you're charged correctly. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this store. The overcharged amounts might not be huge, but I expect the prices marked to be accurate, and it seems that way too often, they're not. And if you want an adjustment for the marked price you should have been charged, be prepared for a very inefficient method of the store correcting their error.
I went to target today and thought I had lost my credit card. I called into the store as I didnt not realize until I left. I talked to a guy in customer service and he was super helpful. He went to starbucks the last place I was and looked for my card for me and checked to see if anyone had found it. He was super kind and helpful and provided great service. I did find my card in my purse after check for the 10th time
It's the only local retailer that carries the Large size L'Oreal Rosemary Conditioner I use = all good on my end
They really need to have more cashiers to help check out. I'm not thrilled with doing your own check out unless you get a discount.
I add my items I wanna get to the list in the app it shows what aisle they are in makes it efficient. Our store is very clean and well organized too.
