WORST FOOD & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We ordered Broccoli with Garlic Sauce & requested the sauce to be on the side. When we opened the order it has mushrooms & other vegetables, which I am allergic to mushrooms! I called & stated that picture online shows ONLY broccoli. The woman rudely advised that I was wrong & no photos are online showing only broccoli. Please see attached photo. Our office will NEVER be ordering from here again!

Ordered general tso’s for lunch and this was our first time trying this restaurant. The food was terrible. The rice tasted like it was cooked in dishwater. It had a soapy taste and the chicken was just disgusting. The flavor was so weird and not spicy at all. In the end we threw out $30 in food because it was inedible.Food: 1/5

usually pretty good food… but today i ordered and the general tso chicken was inedible. i can usually handle spice but this was unbelievable! even my boyfriend couldn’t eat it. it may have been due to the fact that i ordered at 8:50 but still! there lo main and rice was good par usual but this chicken was not edible

This isn’t the first time ordering but it’s definitely the last! We always get Generaltoes and yes it’s a little spicy this time it was so hot it burned my teeth and tongue couldn’t take another bite! It’s never been this hot! HOT not spicy HOT! They definitely way over did it I couldn’t taste the chicken the sauce the rice nothing but HEAT and burning mouth! It was so upsetting since it was our dinner we just threw it away and didn’t even bother eating tonight since our mouths hurt! And my BF is up with heart burn! I have never ever gotten it like this before ever! No way are we going back especially driving 20mins to get it to get it home and it’s not even eatable! Go some where else I won’t take the chance again and my fantail shrimp was undercooked!

Ordered $65 worth of food. Found several pieces of hair in the food, called to speak to someone about it, talk to a female. She proceeded to set the phone down for at least 5 minutes, so I called on another phone because I could hear everything in the background. Told her she put the phone down. I then drove back to the establishment to show them the hair in my foods. The woman was no where to be found and the man seemed to not be bothered at all and did nothing. Would never recommend this hairy establishment.

Hit or Miss… I usually order Shrimp Lo Mein & Shrimp Toast, sometimes it’s good & sometimes not… it tastes like old oil. Have ordered from them for 4 years but I’m taking a break for a while.

I decided to try this Chinese restaurant and ordered 60$ worth of food and the food was no good, my girlfriend got food poisoning. The crab Rangoon was bad and the chicken had a mildew taste/smell. I then had to drive back to saratoga to return the food and get a refund, that's when the Manger at the store told us that we never opened our food and put it to the side I stead of throwing it in the trash. I would never recommend this restaurant to anybody! Truly disappointed.

Hot and sour soup is excellent, large number of items on menu, many different types of Chinese food and very helpful staffFood: 5/5

This place used to be good years ago. Went here because Great Tangs was closed and it was the absolute worst chinese food we have ever had. The biggest waste of money. The rice was literally crunchy, the chicken I had one piece and couldn’t eat any more. We threw out $80 of food. Will never go here again

My daughter and I have ordered here twice and have been impressed both times. The egg rolls are the best we’ve ever had. Egg foo young was delicious, especially the gravy. And the wings were seasoned well and crispy. Wish they were open on Sunday’s.
