Fantastic! Wonderful service and authentic and good food. I'm Peruvian and was delighted to see they had chupe de camaron, chaufa, tamales, causa, and ceviche con salsa oliva. And Lúcuma ice cream!!! SO good. And some great vegetarian options!! If you don't know Peruvian food prepare to be delighted! Ask for recommendation from the staff they won't disappoint:

Delicious Peruvian cuisine. I've been a fan of Peruvian cooking for decades now, but there really aren't any great places for it in my part of Washington. Taste of Peru is amazing, and I'll be stopping by anytime I'm near Gig Harbor. The restaurant is clean, the decor is simple but homey and warm, the service is friendly and knowledgeble, and the food is perfectly prepared. This restaurant is a wonderful hidden gem.

Wonderful atmosphere and very tasty food. Portions are generous and beautifully plated. Each order is freshly made. The use of spices, to me, seem unique to this restaurant.

Very friendly service and good food at a reasonable price. Quiet little strip mall restaurant. This was my first time trying Peruvian food and it was a positive experience. I had the Arroz Chaufa Peruvian style chicken fried rice with green onions, bell peppers, eggs, broccoli, and mushrooms. Topped with sesame seeds. Very tasty, thanks!

Food was delicious, well prepared. Will definitely come back when I’m in Gig Harbor.

Go enjoy this wonderful restaurant and then tell all your friends. It’s our new favorite local restaurant. Personal service and beautiful food. I should have taken more photos. The Aji de Gallina was one of our favorites. Estofado was the other. We also enjoyed Seco and a fusion dish they offered with noodles, Tallarin Saltado. We tried their tamales and empanadas as appetizers which were delicious. The Lucuma fruit ice cream and warm chocolate cake both made from scratch were amazing too.

The food was wonderful. The chicken skewer could have used a bit of salt. Everything else was the best. The owner/chef was really great and took time to tell us about the food.

You can't find a better place to eat. We have run the menu and every dish is delightful. This family run restaurant makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. They know you by name and are so pleased to see you each time you visit. Why aren't all restaurants like this? Wonderful food and perfect family owners. We love you Betty and family!
