Authentic Mexican Street Tacos:
Two Homestyle Beef Barbacoa Tacos, topped with a house made Pico de Gallo and fresh cilantro, served in a fresh tortilla.
Kansas City Style BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwiches:
Slowly smoked beef brisket, served on a fresh bun with the traditional sliced onion and pickles and your choice of hot or mild BBQ sauce.
That’s A Wrap:
Your choice of three delicious tortilla wraps includes a Club Sandwich Wrap in a Spinach tortilla, a Creamy Pesto Chicken Wrap in a Tomato tortilla, or a Vegan Garden Wrap in a Whole Wheat tortilla.
Off the Grille:
A Greek-style Chicken Souvlaki Pita made just as you would find in the Mediterranean!
Island Escape:
A traditional Hawaiian Kalua Pig served with all the tropical taste you would expect.
The DASH (our allergen-free station):
Thai Chicken & Rice Noodle or a Southwest Bean Medley served in a crispy Romaine lettuce wrap.
Colorado Sweet Corn on the Cob:
Fresh Olathe Sweet Corn perfectly roasted and dipped in butter with your choice of seasoning salts.
Bear Fries:
Hot crispy French Fries served in a paper cone with your of sauce.
The Produce Stand:
Wonderfully fresh waffle cone filled with fresh fruit and topped with toasted coconut and vanilla yogurt sauce.
Just Desserts:
Your choice of a frozen chocolate covered banana on a stick, frozen chocolate covered double-fudge brownie on a stick, or a SUPER-sized popsicle stick!
Lemonade Stand:
Fresh lemonade, strawberry lemonade, and limeade to quench your thirst!
