Chandler and the team took great care of me. Chandler personally called me to discuss my needs and when I went into the shop he had the hat we discussed ready for me to try on. He shaped and sized it perfectly to my head. He answered all my questions and there was no pushy salesmanship. I would highly recommend seeing him and the staff for all you fine hat needs.

Wow, what a shop! I've never seen a store like this and the trip was well worth it. The team was incredibly attentive, informative and eager to share this amazing craft. You don't see craftsmanship like this anywhere else. This team is absolutely top notch.

Great story, great craftsmanship, was willing to spend time on Zoom designing the hat. Great products. However, their communication leaves quite a bit to be desired. You guys do awesome work and you are very knowledgeable, but the silence is frustrating. Just ordered my second hat….worth it!

This is a store like no other I've been in. It's like stepping back in time. The quality of these hats is second to none. I've had Chandler fix up two hats for me. One was a beat up cowboy hat that needed to be cleaned up and reshaped. It's my favorite hat to wear now. I wore it all week on a trip to Wyoming. It's become the most comfortable hat I own. The other hat was also a cowboy hat that I inherited from a family member. It was way too small, so Chandler took it and re blocked I think that's the proper term it to my head size. I had him make it into a fedora to wear when I play with my jazz band. I get compliments on it wherever I go. I always look for excuses to wear it even when I'm not performing. Be patient though. It takes time to fix up and make custom hats. Someday I'll commission a custom hat from him

Chandler is a great guy and makes a great hat! With this said, the customer service is truly lacking in regards to correspondence and the like. One month just to receive a mailing label. Be prepared to wait without updates.

Had a great experience with these guys. They’re true professionals and not only built my hat in record time, but it looks better than I could have imagined. I know there are a few reviews on here that complain about long wait times. I didn’t have that experience at all. If they had long wait times, that’s a thing of the past. I’d trust to buy hats from these guys any day

Everyone at the shop makes you feel at home. Chandler is very informative and observant of what you are wanting done. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone looking for a custom hat and suit. TattonBaird makes some very fine hats and specializes in custom hats. They have made me two hats, one a Panama straw and a wonderful felt hat. They were very good in solving a few issues and had very good communications. I would highly recommend TattonBaird for making your custom hat and that is for both men and women. Of course I would be amiss if I didn’t mention their great “vintage” shop.
