Called to talk about installing a pool. They answered with “Hello?”. I then asked if this is Taylor’d Pools. They said “yeah?”. Before I could say anything else they asked if I could hold on a minute. 6 minutes passed and they must have realized I wasn’t leaving and hung up. Great business model for getting customers. There might be a reason they are the cheapest around.
Quoted a liner replacement at 1/2 the price of Pleasant Pools, Blue Haven, OKC Pools and Oasis Pools. Taylor'd actual took measurements, let us select the liner style and thickness before they quoted it. Pleasant, Blue and OKC all quoted a price site unseen. Oasis came out but took zero measurements and quoted a ridiculous price nearly double what I ended up paying. Pleasant asked for my address and provided a quote even more than Oasis based on my address alone. Taylor'd finished on time and without a mess. Jesse Taylor always returns calls and left me status updates via voice mail or phone call. Truly a pleasure to deal with. We will be using them next year when we add a waterfall/water feature and dream slide next summer. Tyler and Jennifer
We have scheduled appointment & Taylor'd Pools cancels the day of, schedules another appointment then NO CALL, NO SHOW!!! Poor business etiquette!!!
Wish I could give it 0 stars. Drilled holes in side of pool with screws. Lied to us about what he would do and on top of that, he only worked 1-2 hours a day. Hated it. And he charged us regular price, even though we had to fix a lot of it. Never recommending.
I think davis films has wrong company. They don't even live here and their review dosent make sense.
