The services provided to myself and my family after the sudden death of my husband were outstanding. Mike was was our funeral director provided excellent service. He made me feel a little more at ease then expected while trying to complete this difficult process of giving my husband a proper send off.
My mother passed away unexpectedly on Christmas Day. I didn’t know what to do or where to begin. I only knew that she would want me to use John M Taylor Funeral Home. I am so thankful that I did. Michael was so comforting and knowledgeable. He guided me gently through this most difficult thing. The visitation was all about her and her life. The Life Story table was stunning and magnificent. It was HER story. I also had the service at their chapel which was beautiful. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Taylor Funeral Home and Michael. I feel good that with their kind assistance I could give her the home going she truly deserved.
We are so grateful to have been introduced to the idea of a funeral policy by Michele Kutta, of the John M. Taylor Funeral Home. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and reassuring, answering all our questions and concerns. We in turn, have been able to reassure our grown children that this is now all taken care of. All of my family deaths have been handled by Taylors for many years. They have always been professional as well as compassionate. They seemed to go the extra mile to help my family through those sad times. Also, Taylors Funeral Home has been a generous supporter of Assistance League of the Chesapeake through the active participation of Michele Kutta, their manager. Many times Taylors has stepped forward with funds and assistance so we can accomplish our mission.
Myelin is the best funeral director. I used him for my cousin's cremation and he was the best. He really works hard and is understanding of grief. Moving forward this is the only funeral home I will ever consider using.
John M. Taylor Funeral Home is the best of the best. If I could give them a 10, I would. They more than met my highest expectations. Their entire Staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable in our time of grief.
This funeral home has been very responsive to the needs of the community. They are also very supportive of the nonprofit organization in Anne Arundel County, Assistance League of the Chesapeake.
I decided to use John M. Taylor Funeral Home because their prices and burial plans are very reasonable and offer far more than other funeral homes. I met with M.Kutta and she was very professional and informative.
They were professional, straighten out problems that other funeral homes were making and did it with ease. Made the whole thing a lot more manageable. Loss of a loved one is a terrible thing but they handle it so well. There is no question where I’m going with other members of my family in the future should they pass.
In the middle of such an emotional time, I found the staff at the John M. Taylor Funeral Home to be caring, accommodating and attentive to detail. Incredibly responsive, if they couldn't give you an answer to a question on the spot, they had the answer back to you within the hour. They worked with us professionally and, at the same time, empathetically in the days spent arranging my mother's funeral reception and funeral and made the whole process a smooth one. In addition, they met each of my family's changing needs without complaint or question. I highly recommend them for this important service.
