Leigh Taylor never negotiates towards settlement, instead files serial motions in violation of rule 4:15b so she can run up the legal fees! Leigh Taylor routinely lies to the court about improper service in violation of Turner v. Rogers rule. Leigh Taylor emotionally becomes an extension of her clients, saying things like “my client is not ready”! Leigh Taylor practice’s psychology more than law, she tells sobbing stories rather citing the law. Leigh Taylor’s use of incarceration rhetoric, practice of garnishment loosely, without fully understanding the intended consequence, when people are unable to buy food for themselves, their family and pay for basic needs and expenses in effort to gain advantage or to force compliance and civility is profoundly ignorant as a lawyer! Leigh Taylor is all about projection, what she is and does onto others! Leigh Taylor use of extortion and bullying tactics is only designed to drag every case through the courts to run up the legal fees, nothing else! If you are looking for an unethical, unprofessional, and a 3rd rate family lawyer, Leigh Taylor is your best option! 07/04/2023 Leigh Taylor at the Fairfax circuit court asks for future legal fees, the judge grants her request no hesitation and doesn’t show up to court without any consequences or being in contempt of court! Has any counselor or other client ever seen or experienced anything like this? This egregious unprofessional and unethical misconduct, how and why Leigh Taylor is getting away with it, is the basic reason for the broken Justice system in our society! Virginia State Bar Do Your Job!! I invite Mrs. Taylor to respond, dispute or deny any of the facts in this review from top to bottom!! Mrs. Taylor, you owe me legal fees you’ve collected but did not earn plus interest! FYI, the interest is different than the judged rate! If you don’t want to voluntarily transfer your family’s wealth to Leigh Taylor and this firm, just look elsewhere, stay as far away and find a lawyer who would help you reach a fair settlement, there is plenty of them in Fairfax County!!
