I have home and car insurance through Taylor Moore and have used them for a long time. Just recently, I went through the process to purchase a new vehicle. Kelsey was so helpful and helped me get everything in place to purchase my vehicle. She was quick and efficient! They are amazing people to work with and will do anything to help you! I highly recommend them!!
My family and I have been using going through Taylor for our personal / business insurance for the last 4 or 5 years. I cannot begin to show how grateful I am they're on my side. Julie Taylor's MVP has pulled off crazy acrobatics to make sure I receive policies and support documentation within a pinch. She has been at the forefront of tight timelines, working step by step with lenders to make sure im covered from an insurance perspective. Taylor and his team are the definition of prime customer-centric service. I would highly recommend their service to anyone reading this.
They have been nothing but a headache. Overcharged me hundreds of dollars, sent me 'risk of cancelation' letters every month saying I owed them money when I was on monthly Autopay, and were charging me late fees every single month wrongly. I had called at least 2 dozen times to ask why these things were happening, Rob and Taylor assured every single time that they just had some kind of glitch in their system, that I didn't need to worry about it or owe them any money. It took a year of them lying to me, defrauding me, and changing their story around to finally realize they had been overcharging every single month, lying about it, and somehow they canceled my policy after saying that I had owed them over $200 from when I INITALLY opened the policy a year prior, which they had confirmed multiple times over that year that I didn't actually owe anything. Now I'm dealing with the fallout from my credit being impacted by debt, to not having home or auto insurance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Other employees even admitted to me on the phone that Rob was a negligent employee, and that Taylor didn't keep track of these situations where customers had trouble with them. After a bad experience with a different carrier, I decided to talk to Taylor Moore at Farmers Insurance about switching my car policies over. He and Karen worked to quote me out on car insurance, a personal articles policy, an umbrella policy, and renters insurance. I was shocked to discover that all of that bundled together was about the same as what I was paying for just car insurance with my last carrier AND WITH ALL THE SAME COVERAGE OPTIONS! Do yourself a favor and talk to these guys about your insurance needs. They are super friendly, responsive, and best of all will save you some money. Great Job Taylor and Karen Moore. You certainly have earned this 5 star Google Review and my glowing endorsement!
Would Highly recommend this Farmers Agent!! I can’t begin to say enough about Taylor and his team. Taylor has helped us with policies from a golf cart to our business. Taylor was extremely helpful after a recent accident. He got the ball rolling with the other party's insurance and my car is being repaired quickly. He made a tough time less difficult and for that I am grateful.
