We all want to eat healthy. But what does that even mean?
For us that means minimally processed, whole, plant foods. Taylor’s Provisions is a specialty food store with an emphasis on healthy ingredients. We have a large selection of organic nuts, dried fruits (many unsulfured), and seeds. Plus, we will custom blend your own granola, müesli, or trail mix on the spot.
We’ve also sourced a great selection of dried, non-GMO, heirloom beans grown by Rancho Gordo in Napa. These beans are so tasty, they will change the way you look at beans forever.
Do you drink tea? We carry over 30 organic loose leaf teas. You will find a wide selection of black, green, white, oolong, and herbal teas and blends.
And don’t forget our bulk spice selection. We carry over 80 organic, high quality, dried herbs, spices, and baking ingredients. It’s the largest organic spice section in town. And the only one that sells in bulk.
Do you like grains? We are the only local store to carry local grain from the Tehachapi Heritage Grain Project. Plus, we carry a wide variety of freshly milled heirloom flour and polenta from Capay Mills in northern California.
