Had a craving for oysters, I chose to try Taylor station. I’m pretty picky, I like them pan fried, to get the most flavor, not deep fried. Came with a fresh dinner salad, mashed potatoes, choice of 3 gravies I chose brown- delicious, and they make their own, daily, vegetable corn and dinner roll. I was served exceptionally well by Jackie & had a fabulous oyster dinner! I left full and happy! I would highly recommend trying it!
Had a great meal catching up with an old friend. Nice variety on the menu, tasty food though a bit pricey. Side dinner salad was tiny, and it took quite a long time for the food to come out. That being said, it was worth the wait, and the service was exceptional. Service was the star of the show. We'll definitely be back.Food: 4/5
We really wanted to like this place. There’s not a lot of choices in the Shelton area to eat on a Tuesday. We saw our waitress once, when she took our order, and honestly, I’m not mad. Oh, and when she brought our food over. She looked like she just came to work after a rough night, she was loud and was very social elsewhere. I had to get her attention to get our bill. The food was not great. The fish and chips were frozen, flat pieces of deep fried yuck. The hamburger was nothing to talk about. I gave the food a 3 because the fries were delicious and they had good tarter sauce.
Our first time in this place and we were greeted right away, our server was fun and energetic. She makes it pretty lively in there. Our food did not take long at all, I got the Northwest Salmon grilled with garlic mashed potatoes. Salmon was descent sized, a little too done, and was not very well seasoned. The garlic mash was really good it was made fresh, not from the instant boxed type. The whipped butter was light and good and salty. The beer was the Kona Big Wave, that was pretty light and refreshing.
Food was great! The waitress was even BETTER! She appreciated we came in and had a great time NOT on our electronic devices! We are from Shelton and small town feelings is what it's all about. Matter of fact the guys at the table a few tables away even got in on conversations with us and had a good time.Food: 5/5
The picture says it all. The food is delicious EVERY time. Get the fresh fried oysters. I ask for crispy hashbrowns and they serve them! Perfect. Great helpings, fantastic service. One of the things about Washington I'll miss.
The food was absolutely horrible!! We ordered the seafood platter and shared which was plenty of food don't remember if that was the name but it was a combo of fish, shrimp, etc. It was just frozen food they fried. We will never go again. However the service was really good! Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. But not enough to go back.
What happened? The food was horrible. The lettuce in our salads was old and wilted. The roast beef was gray-yikes. We took the leftovers to go-my friend's husband threw hers away and my chickens got mine. The waiter is awesome Food: 1/5
This is the best hidden breakfast place in Shelton with a beautiful patio area. The building is dated and nothing fancy but the mom and pop vibe with outstanding service and reasonable food for the price is wonderful. Also breakfast is offered later in the day which is nice for a brunch.Food: 5/5
We stopped after being at the casino and went into the bar. We found each of our dinners to be excellent. We ordered drinks and the cocktails were some of the best and prices were wonderful! I would stop here anytime. Great food and service! Thank you!Food: 5/5
