Tazwood provides an extensive continuum of outpatient services to address mental health and substance abuse issues.
We are a non-profit behavioral health care provider with offices in Pekin, East Peoria, and Lincoln, Illinois. We also offer mental health services in Eureka, Illinois one day a week at the Woodford County Health Department. We offer Outpatient Substance Abuse treatment and we have a Psychiatrist on staff.
