CrossFit is a highly adaptable and ever evolving strength and conditioning program which yields elite levels of health and fitness. CrossFit benefits all ages and abilities because the goal here is simple; be as fit as possible. The training is intense, efficient, functional and a lot of fun! To maximize results we suggest training 2-3 days in a row, followed by one day of rest. This ensures proper programming, progression, and recovery.
