We there with my family today, over half the selections were not working, and one of the ones that was supposed to b ran out like milk, on top of that they are only accepting cash, young lady at counter—no smile, automated, not friendly, no apology, better to check myself out. This is not the type of customer service i want my grandkids to think is the normal. I wont b back, $45 for 2 adults & 3 kids, bad experience. No thanks
I love TCBY, but dang they got me mad right now…. How the heck are you going to be out of chocolate and vanilla? The two main flavors !?!? Do better TCBY… Your ice cream is delicious, I wanted it, and you let me and my daughter DOWN !!!
The staff seems to go out out their way to be unfriendly and unwelcoming. Soft serve serve dispensers are often out of order with nothing indicating it and their card reader is often not working. Looks like they need a staff overhaul.
My family and I had a horrible experience at this location. The person working their was so rude and lacked any sort of customer service. When we walked in, she was talking on her cell phone. We arrive approximately 1.5 hours before closing time and half of the toppings were removed from the counter as if she was just trying to close early and usher everyone out. If it was 10 minutes before closing, I could understand. When we got the frozen yogurt and then realized half the toppings we wanted were not an options, we decide that we no longer wanted the ice cream. The person working insisted we have to pay even though we no longer wanted the frozen yogurt and lacked any sort of empathy or apologized for the inconvenience. I own a business and I would be appalled if one of my employees acted this way or treated a customer in this manner. I will not patronize this business again.
TCBY has a great selection of Frozen yogurt, Ice cream, and toppings. You can't going wrong stopping by for a treat. You pick your yogurt or ice cream flavor, then your topping, weight it and pay $0.56 per ounce. I enjoy bring my family here after a great day and having a great treat before headed home.
I use to really like this place but the past few times I’ve went they haven’t had any yogurt selections. There is never any workers around if you have questions. Last night they had maybe 3 yogurt selections and hardly any topping. The worker stayed in the back the whole time. We had to go knock on the door so we could check out. At this point it should just be closed down.
To be completely honest,it's a little expensive. Almost $20 for 2 small cups. Some of the flavors weren't available.
Soft serve options are different from the ones available in tub. Pay by weight options same for both. I highly recommend varieties of chocolate chip toppings, and the mango bubbles.
First and last time. Limited flavors, all seemed to be diary based, and no sampling. That's is the worst way to retain customers. I would rather sample something before I buy instead of throwing it out. Oh and no boba balls! Also, more expensive thab most. You live and you learn. Enjoy!
This is my kids FAVORITE place to get ice cream even though it is yogurt. We drive from Seneca and we have the best time just stepping away from the busyness of life and enjoying our treats. You can get all different types of flavors and then add on as many toppings as you want. They weigh your ice cream so be sure not to pile too. much on because it is impossible to eat a full bowl of yogurt plus toppings and you just end up wasting int.
