My associate that I dealt with was awesome. He was patient with me and all my issues. He did an awesome job, but I forgot to get his name. But he has a nice pyramid like tattoo on his left arm.
I can't begin to say enough about Evan, an employee at the Verizon store in Lebanon, IN. He was so patient and helped me with my new phone far more than could EVER be expected!! Verizon is blessed to have someone with his knowledge and willingness to help their customers feel comfortable with their new phones!
Evan was so helpful in showing me my new samsaung phone features which I had no Idea how to use. He was so kind, patient, and explained the features at a pace for someone old as I am. I will return to this store since the service is superior!! Thank you Evan.

Isaiah was absolutely the BEST! I had so many questions and not only was he able to answer them, but do so in a manner that was easy to understand.
There was only one person working on Sunday. They did not acknowledge me when I walked in the door as they were with another customer who was looking to purchase a new phone. All I needed to do was to buy a phone charger. After 15 minutes of standing there, and not being acknowledged, I finally said, can you tell me when I need to come back for you to be able to ring me up. I asked if an hour would give him enough time to finish up what he was doing. He said oh I didn’t realize all you needed to do was buy a phone charger. He then rang me up and I was able to get on my way.
CJ was so helpful and patient with us. He made the whole experience of getting new phones so nice
All service employees have been willing and able to clean up any problems immediately.
When you can get service, the service is great. The store is frequently understaffed and you'll wait a long time for help. Myself and two other customers walked in while associates were busy. We were never acknowledged. Two of us needed to make a retail purchase, but all three associates were focused on setting up phone accounts so they couldn't help us. A fourth associate addressed one of the other couples after about ten minutes, then they left and the associate left the sales floor while we continued to wait. After approximately 20 minutes of waiting, I left the store without being acknowledged. There are better options for service, and the drive to Indy is worth it.
We upgraded our daughter to an iPhone14 this week and that made me finally give in and trade in my Note8 I bought in 2017. For both phones we had the help of Josh, you can't miss him, he's the guy who is about 6'6". He was awesome. For my phone especially, it turns out it was so close to death that it took forever to transfer everything to my new phone. He was incredibly patient through the whole process even though it took so long. In the end, my daughter and I both got new phones and want to thank Josh for his help.
