Rafael Valentin was exceptional! Great customer service and knowledge of the product. He stayed later expected to help me full fill my needs in switching to Verizon and setting up home internet! Anyone in the Coventry area def visit him with any issues!
Rafael was wonderful to work with! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. While he was setting up my new phone he answered many questions I had regarding getting my mom a new phone, and I plan on going back to his store and hopefully working with him to get her a new phone next time she is in town. Unfortunately I have had negative experiences in other stores but this one was wonderful and I couldn’t be happier with the service and product I received. Highly recommend!
I was nervous about coming in but Rafael made us feel at home… He was helpful in ways that I can really appreciate and explained things so we felt comfortable. Had a great experience with Christopher in Coventry Centre of NE store on Sunday 5/14/23.
