I've been to this location a few times in the past but recently had the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. I got a chance to meet the owner and he was extremely pleasant and I could tell he was genuinely interested in my experience along with my satisfaction with the staff, service and the phone I chose. The manager is also a very friendly gentleman that was extremely helpful, I'd recommend all my friends and family to this location, they definitely go above and beyond tour make sure your completely satisfied your purchase and take the time to teach you about all the cool things the phones can do! I have been a Verizon customer for 14 years, and I was a Verizon employee for 6 years. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that I have never received better customer service in a Verizon location. At the corporate store on ISB I feel like I'm a number, and never get the attention I feel is required. This location will continue to receive my business, because they take their time, educate their customer on different options and create a genuinely positive atmosphere for everyone involved. I am already recommending this location, and you will too after you visit it.
To anyone that may have had an issue before with this store, it is now under new management and ownership. They were fantastic for my family when we went in and I would DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone that needs assistance with Verizon. Alex & Sean helped me out with everything I needed. :-
Absolutely furious with store. What was supposed to be getting my S3 replaced turned into me getting charged for a mobile device activation fee and 2-year contract for its data plan. The standard procedure a corporate Verizon store would have done would be if they couldn't fix my old phone within 24 hours, they would have given me a brand new one the next day for $99 and I would keep my current phone number. The representative here did not follow any of this; I was told my insurance didn't cover a brand new phone, it would take 3-4 days to get a refurbished one, I would have to get a temporary number, etc. Even though this location is a "premium retailer," Verizon customer service stated that they are still obligated to follow the corporate guidelines for replacements. Do not shop here under any circumstances.
I went in there to find out information because I left my phone at the gas station and didn't know where it was since I was visiting. Andy and Drew were very helpful. I found out everything I needed to know. One told us he might have an idea of which gas station. He called them for me and found my phone. I was expecting to spend $1000 and I walked out with the address to where my phone was. Andy and Drew were great help. Definitely recommend this location!
This is not a corporate store. This store will not provide you with the best prices and plans. They do not treat their customers with respect, because their goal is to get as much money from you as possible. They can charge any price they want and do not have to follow Verizon policies. I was charged 500.00 for a phone that was only 99.00. Go to a corporate store.
I ordered an iPhone se. It had to be delivered to the store. No problem. It arrives on time and I go to pick it up. But then the guy working there told me the price was 19 something/month, higher than agreed. So I said no it should be 15/ month. And he said nope computer says higher price and so does this list here. I said well the other guy said the lower price. And he said that guy doesn't work here anymore. So I told him if he was going to change the price I wouldn't do it. He said ok and I left. Got home and checked Verizon website "$0 Down for qualified customers $15/mo for 24 months; 0% APR Reduced Retail Price: $360"
Mike Penrose was the sales associate who reached out to me about an awesome promotion for a new device. I thought his customer service went above and beyond outstanding! Thanks for everything , I know I will be back in contact with Mike!
Overcharged for tablet case. Online price was $13.99 and they charged me $32.99. Which i was told they don't honor online prices. I should have gone to the dunlawton or to the mall they would have discounted for me. That's pretty sad.
I recently visited this store due to complications with my iPhone. They fixed the problem in no time! I definitely recommend this place to anyone! They have excellent customer service!
