The Branch Manager Angel Lewis is NOT as accommodating compared to the managers from TCF Jewel / Skokie Blvd Branch . I was trying to open a new business account with all the documents required in digital format on my iPhone and she declined me right on the spot !!! It’s now 2020, all she could’ve done is print or receive my docs via email and save my time going back and forth to the Branch !!! So totally disappointing The rest of the associates are pretending to be busy instead of attending to other customers !!!!
Labor day 2019. It says closes at 6pm but bank was closed. I think they count the atm as being open. TCF bank used to be open even on Sunday. Now they are just like every bank.
I need to change my ATM card urgently. I called the customer service to ask if any of the bank open. I was told to go to the branch at Clark and Brwyn Mary. On getting there it is was closed. Also the one on Broadway was closed. Please I need help?
I just so happen to be in the Evanston area, so I dropped in to make a simple checking and savings deposit at this TCF branch. I have actually been to the Jewel - Osco location in the past, but never to this TCF branch. I find it so convenient to have TCF branches attached to Jewel - Osco locations with so many throughout Chicago/ Chicagoland because I can make simple deposits like these in majority of Chicago neighborhoods. Despite not having my TCF card with me I did not have any issues with completing my deposits. The teller, Monica took my drivers license and requested my social security number in order to look my account up, so that I could make my deposits. As always the teller mention if I was interested in a TCF credit card which I always decline, but I do have a slight interest in it; just not right now. After that I went on my way with no hiccups. Monica assisted me with everything I needed at this location. As for returning there is a slim chance, but that is because I do not live near this location. Luckily it was on my route, however I do know of others that are closer to my apartment in Chicago. Thomas G
As of today June 14th this branch closes at 5pm Monday through Thursday, not till 6 as it says on google.
The TCF bank system is the worest I don’t mean every TCF only the one on west Haward Evanston.
Very nice people wish hours were better but that seems to be an all tcf branches thing.
Branch Manager very rude lady she have very bed Attitude I going to close my account with tcf
Says it closes at 7pm online came all the way to find out it's close already and they close at 6 not 7!! Waste of my time!!
