Absolutely no help at all. I needed information based on my account, provided the necessary information in order to receive what I needed. They told me the only way they can give me my account information is by mail. They said it could take up to two weeks. I waited 3, received nothing. I thought there may have been a problem so I went in and did the same thing again. Waiting two more weeks...still nothing. Went in again, waited two more weeks, once again nothing. I went in once more and am still waiting for two weeks to pass, one of the weeks are up already.

This is a great bank. They're all really friendly. They're quick and efficient with their jobs. Whenever there's a line, there's not usually that long of a wait. It's always kept clean.

Service exactly as one would expect at a bank.  Real people serving real people. Thank You.  A drive for me, but, so much better than trying to work with corporate in Minnesota
