Thank you so much to Arin who helped me when my cars got hacked. He printed me a new one same day and explained how I’ll have to dispute charges etc. Whole process took less than 5 min and I was in and out with a new card with access to MY money. Thanks Arin!
These poor employees have to work on the lords day ! It is a day that we are suppose to be one with God and these poor employees have to give up their day to worship the one all mighty. That is just awful !
I have been dealing with them for decades, through the Banknorth years until the present. I have always found them to be extremely pleasant, helpful, courteous, and yet maintaining a business-like posture. Cannot praise them enough. If you go in with a smile on your face it is quickly reflected back. Nice people....good service.
How about you balance your ATM machine or whatever you do to it in a timely manner???? Went there at 820 before work to deposit money sat there for almost 29 minutes had to get to work, never got my cash in
I understand COVID regulations but I've been on the "number 1" wait line for 20 minutes now and still waiting. No one else is waiting and they won't pick up their telephone either. Yes, there's employees inside and it's 9:30am on a weekday. Wished Citizens is still open.
I finally closed my account here after opening a pass port savings when I was 10. I've seen it change over the years and unfortunately it was time to cut this bank for my life. I ran into the only person that treated me like a person when I closed and felt a little guilty. I blamed the cancallation on fees, which are always around every turn with this bank, but the real problem is their staff. Multiple time when asking questions I felt belittled. Everytime an issue was raised by me, they talk down to you, acting like they are doing me a favor by being my bank. The managers at this branch need a lesson in customer service and a better understanding that relationships is what keeps customers coming back and not because you claim you the "most convenient" bank when I called 3 times the prior day with out an anwser. Even when closing my accounts I was responded with snappy remarks and rude comments. There are too many options in this world to disrespect consumers. To that one teller, hopefully I'll see you around, it was a pleasure dealing with you.
Every time I go there some one always ends up sticking me up & taking all my money last Time I was there someone stole almost about $76,356.00 be aware be careful its dangerous over on that side of town
First time ever I went there after calling regarding exchanging currency and they said no problem, I was sure to ask do I require anything besides the foreign currency? Reply was not at all just yourself. I arrive at 4:30pm close at 5:30pm and they do require two forms of ID because apparently my state ID wasnt good enough. No worries as the woman who served me was very accomodating and the person I had spoken with was indeed NOT her. It was a Thursday which is the day to go with an ID or passport. I go on a Friday the following day to do the same as I was clearing out old documents and kept finding currency. This time I bring a friend and have him exchange the small few hundred foreign bills as there are extra fees below $250. He is denied for no reason, owes bank money. So I go inside and a new dark sports blazer short young lady immediatly come to counter interupting my conversation with the teller who was nice. On her power trip she says u dont have proper ID. I tell her I'm not purchasing foreign currency instead exchanging for USD and its well under $499. She says try AAA already did they dont offer this except ordering foreign bills via mail with a wire. I explained how yesterday this same bank let me exchange more than today and I showed her receipts. She said thst was wrong got very snooty snippy or maybe was listening to NPR too much recently with the news radicalizing people... I listen daily so I am informed as well... Nevertheless I am told to leave and I ask if I find someone with ID before closing can they exchange. She said maybe. I explain its a simple question if someone has no issues with any bank and has proper ID can they exchange for me. She says well I csnt tell youand they would have to be willing to declare on taxes and I probably won't find anyone she doesnt have a personal issue with etc etc... So.... Since TD Bank does charge huge fees and they have issues with well dressed clean cut polite men perhaps do what I did other than write down all the license plates making sure to report bank fraud or illicit activites or blackmail or prejudice or bias to the securities and banking industry... To exchange foreign currency British pounds Francs Euro anything except coins just go to the cage of most any casino including Foxwoods Resort Casino which was much closer and very quick and no fees! You do NOT need ID only the free players club card which takes five mins to get 30 feet nearby to any cashier... DO NOT GO TO TD BANK COLCHESTER THE SHORT LIGHT HAIRED YOUNG SUPERVISOR OR WHATEVER HER UNXESERVING TITLE IS WAS A HORRIBLE MEAN LIAR AND I HAVE PROOF DOCUMENTS AND A RECORDING OF ENTIRE EVENT IF INGERESTED. FIRE HER OR TEACH HER SOME MANNERS. SHE GAVE ME ANGINA AND A STROKE ALMOST AT THE SAME TIME!!_
Went to deposit a check. It was in my boyfriends name but he signed the back and I signed underneath him. The lady told me she couldnt deposit it because it said my boyfriends name and not mine. I've done this multiple times before. She was very rude.
Talk about fake news. TD tried to make their bank look like a living room but treat customers and friends of customers like strangers and cash cows. $7 to cash a check? I wish I could get $7 to look at someone's ID. Outrageous money grab. Guess Bank of America is the way to go. Don't do business with TD Banknorth unless you want you, your friends and your business customers to pay fees through their but.
