I’m giving this two stars due to the fact that the ATM machine is not good. One of the times I was in the branch and I heard someone saying that it ate his check and he had to wait forever to get his money because TD bank said it’s through a third-party company then this weekend I witnessed in person a man putting all his money from an envelope and paychecks into the machine and it literally ate his card after he inserted all his money it took his money and it kept his card, they truly need to fix this ATM machine. The other one was broken and this one ate the card right in front of me. I am very scared to deposit my money now or use the ATM. They should have a drive up one but I see why they can’t, but this needs to be fixed because this is not the first time this happened and it seems to be frequent. Do not use the ATM. I’m fearful now by the way the employees are great. This review has nothing to do with them.
I thought this was a good bank… Honestly one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The ATMs steal your money, they put your account in negative and when you go over paperwork there’s no trace of it, they deactivate your card and don’t tell you and the customer service is very rude taking my money out and going elsewhere… oh yeah once I get it first.
This location lacks professionalism, management definitely needs to reevaluate their management skills. TD overall is also extremely sells heavy so be cautious of what products you’re being recommended…underlying fees are always the catch, only time will tell.

I opened up a checking account at TD Bank because I also have an account at TD Canada Trust in Canada.These two banks are related but they are two different banks. I opened a borderless account before we went down to Florida so now I can transfer money from Canadian TD account to the US account. The lady who helped me was very nice and helpful. The checking account is free as long you keep $ 300.00 in it. I also got a visa card and collected over $ 200.00 in points in a few months. Overall I am very happy with TD.
Needed to go into the bank to go over a few things spoke with Ms.Allard who assisted with the concerns I had..she answered all my questions and resolved my issue with upmost professionalism and in a timely manner really super nice people and no waiting to see someone.
Dylan has been the biggest help to my husband and I , were very grateful for him.
Beautiful location, two 24-hour ATMs, lobby open 7 days a week, safety deposit boxes, instant debit cards, full service bank!
Polite but understaffed, it took 30 min to pick up preodered currency.
Opened a new account today. Excellent customer service from Darlene!
