I will add a good review since FIONA the branch manager isn’t the only interaction I’ve had, Amber and Christina were great! The young lady I think “Ashley” honey blonde hair, highlights and glasses who’s normally always my teller is amazing every time! Omg and she just walked in but it’s unfortunate how Fiona made my process so unbearable with her
nice town in Jersey i.e. Cinaminson, but very poor service from this TD bank branch. Tellers just don't care about customers. I hesitated several times before posting a bad review. Enough is enough. I may close my 2 accounts at this place and switch to another bank. TD management should train their tellers about customer service. I have been a customer for more than 20 years. Two accounts with direct deposit. I had 2 large loans from this branch. In the last few years, customer service is just no there anymore. Tellers at this branch are rude, and dis-respectful. I hope TD bank CEO will read this message and have all of them fired.
Cashier was so horrible on 12/26/2021. They had drive through lights in all 3 lanes .we ran the bell no one came to assist. Husband finally at 1:33 pm went in to cashier. Asked if there is anyone working window. They do not have anyone not allowed to turn off lights While she is playing touchy feeling with her go worker.
This morning when I walked into bank I was greated by a female employee near the door who very loudly questioned why I had a checking withdrawal slip and loudly explained that I should not have that and since I prefilled it out it would not be accepted. At that point I walked out. Many customers keep extra various withdrawal slips in our cars to save time and with your drivers license it was never questioned when used. I will not use this branch again and may pull all of my accounts out of TD. There is a right way and wrong way to speak to people in public.
Fiona Malloy is our representative from TD bank and she has been so helpful and knowledgeable. The people we have met from the bank are friendly and informative. It's a pleasure doing business with great people like Fiona and TD bank of Cinnaminson is a great bank.
I had an issue with my mobile deposit and the 800# had me call my local branch in Cinnaminson. I dealt with Shira, the store supervisor. She had to make a couple of phone calls. I wasn’t on hold forever and she kept me updated on everything. She called me back and let me know everything was good to go. She was professional and I was very impressed. Especially because it’s a Saturday! Thanks again Shira!
The rude teller..i think her name was janice raised her hand up to me and stated to relax...poor customer service skills...corporate has been informed as the local branch manager..lets see if they respond..
The tellers are pretty friendly and always helpful. However, like most TD Banks they are understaffed and there's usually a wait to be helped.
The manager and the employees were very understanding and very helpful when I was in a tough situation.
I got a terrible service experience by this branch, the stuff member no help at all plus with her personal attitude. then try to reach the branch manger said will call back later but never call back
