Every time I visit this bank the waiting is excessive. I never mind it because in my experience all banks take long to attend customers so I’m used to it. But the last time I visited to they could print out my card I was there for two hours and left with nothing. Apparently the printer was not working. One of the representatives the Dominican one took a paper that had my social security number written on it and placed it inside his drawer, thankfully I saw him and asked him to give me it but if I wouldn’t have seen it god knows what he would’ve done with it. I do not recommend visiting this branch, not all representatives are as unprofessional as the dominican one but you never know who’s going to attend you so I believe is better to just avoid that bank altogether.
Worst customer service. We have been trying to deposit a check for over 2 hours.
Please please PLEASE answer your phone. I've been trying to reach this branch for a WEEK via the phone number provided with no answer. I've used the 1-888 number to try to transfer me over to your branch, I've used other people's personal phones thinking it was just my phone, and I even called the West Miami Gardens branch to try and get me into contact with your branch with no success. With being unable to physically go to your branch due to Covid and being temporary out of state it's been generally impossible to get the help I specifically need from this branch making my money useless.
Very bad service, one black guy, security, very aggresive, not respect to customers and another servive guy, Dominican, who has not idea how take care the new customers. I not recommend this bank, I hope the manager take care it, I feel discrimination to the Cubans community, need to call cuban congressmen, thanks
Amazing branch with an amazing manager assistant. My best thought and gratitude to Adrian who helped me in the tough moment I am going through health. He was responsible and never gave up helping me to being able to use my money that had a hold on a check I deposited. He moved fast and solved it in 2 days. My blessings to Adrian, a great employee that makes TD Bank a really great bank. I was gonna quit and change banks and he did all the right things I was expecting from this bank. Thanks you very much Adrian!
The worst experience ever coming to this branch if you’re opening a new account the wait time is 1 hour or more just to sign your documents! And the supervisor is rude and his response was this is a very busy branch and it could be longer! You have bank employees on one side not doing anything whatsoever but because of there title and position they can’t service the new account holders and individuals seeking replacements that’s ridiculous! So once you finally sign your documents be prepared to join another line for deposit! What’s the point of joining online just to be misled and deal and be inconvenienced no type of consideration at all! This needs to be changed ASAP!! If I could’ve graded my experience a zero I definitely would’ve!
My experience was wonderful, idk who's the manager that hires their employeees but everyone is always smiling, which is great . Today kiara and Richard took care of me so fast and professional, they are always in a good mood that would make you question why am I even mad today . I've been with this bank for years now and plan on staying for good :
Poor customer service, worst TD bank , they kept my money and didn’t pay my car and they refused to admit that the mistake comes from them and lied about sending email concern my payment. I regret I open account with them. Something fishy is going on in this bank because my payment still didn’t go through since January 2020 and TD auto finance keep calling me for payment. I am very disappointed by the lack of service that they providing at this bank.
Well, my experience over the phone with "Franco" clerk was very satisfied with questions concerning Bank Services. He was so nice, friendly, professional and efficient. Good first impression about TD BANK.
Horrible customer service, long waiting. Unprofessional, the bank has poor management, understanding customers should be priority. Bank manager should not give excuses why the service is so slow. Seems like employees forget the duties of a job tittle.
