I went into this TD North Haven earlier in the day to research which local bank I wanted to bring my and my fiancee's business. Two reasons why TD got our business-- TD employees Georges Salhany and Vanessa Zapata. Georges' professionalism, friendliness, and high level of customer service won me over almost immediately. Upon return later that afternoon to complete the necessary paperwork, Vanessa displayed the same genuine kindness, efficiency, and top-notch customer service. It could not have been performed any better. Treating us as if we aren't just another customer went a long way with us. We had many options to select from. TD Bank got our business because of the way we were treated by Georges and Vanessa.
Normally, a trip to the bank is, well.. a trip to the bank. However, I recommend you go to the Wallingford one, given the fact that the previous manager of North Haven TD Bank, Jorge, has transferred there as well. Every time I go to the bank, Jorge is the one that ends up fixing everything to the best of his ability, and you can tell he truly cares about customer service as well as the name and reputation of the bank. I could go on but that'll be for my Wallingford TD review [5 stars]. I'm definitely never going to the North Haven branch again, the current manager there, George, was very cold and condescending. Every time I spoke, he would respond with an annoyed "I told you so" type of tone and always had a flippant or arrogant response as if the questions you were asking were coming out of an ignorant toddler. If it had only happened once, I'd have been more understanding, as every human being in existence has experienced a bad day. This was not the case though, on multiple occasions when I would be starting to ask about a completely different topic, after his refusal to acknowledge every previous issue he'd interrupt me every d*mn time, saying, "There's nothing I can do." In his blatantly disrespectful tone, before he even knew what I was gonna ask. It's appalling, simple as that. However, every time I consulted Jorge with the EXACT same issues, they were always resolved within the first 5-10 minutes of my being there, as well as learning more about how their system works that effectively changed the way I do my banking completely.
Every time I've dealt with this TD bank branch the experience has been amazing. The staff is professional, courteous and responsive. Andrea, Samantha and the rest of the team continually go above and beyond and display ultimate commitment and focus towards resolving issues. I highly recommend this branch and going to Andrea for any financial needs.
nice location off washington ave's main strip. it's fairly east to get in, not as easy to get out, especially if you have to cross over washington ave. the lot is tiny and i always feel uncomfortable in there. other than that, it's a clean bank - inside and out. the staff is pretty nice and professional. there is a drive thru.
Andrea has poor customer service skills. Also I feel the bank managers truly do not care about you at all.
George helped me set up an account. He was very helpful and friendly. If I ever need anything I would definitely come back. Very clean and well spoken to by other staff
Amazing TD Branch Anthony and Andrea and the whole team is amazing. I would recommend everyone to go there and TD Bank overall is amazing.
The best people in the banking business. Always as a smile on them when you go in there branch .
T D banks are all good.the one in North Haven is great,staff is very helpfull.
Very snooty tellers act like they are better than you
