Horrible customer service. CSR are unprofessional. Bad attitudes. Prejudice towards ppl that do not look like them Go out their way to help ppl that look like them. The bank card machine to print bank cards is claimed to always be broken. I believe they are too lazy to get up and print the bank card. If they are having a personal conversation with their co workers the customer have to wait to be serviced. Terrible representation for TD Bank
Avoid this branch, terrible customer service. Never have I gotten a good service here. Seems they don’t pay them enough that’s why they don’t care enough! Plus ATM’s are AAAALWAYS DOWN!! Expect a line and slow service at all times!
I just open an account here on Wednesday with this young man very polite friendly young man so I wanted to add my boyfriend to my account so decided to go today the lady name Loselle red flag she sitting with this other older lady not professional too much talking and before we sit her tone of voice it’s all attitude like we are some sort of an bother to her, after she ask for documents we sot 20mins then his number and email then 10mins after I’m finish with you guys so I ask her will he get his card and when she reply call the number on my card because she not sure when they will update the info because it Sundayand for me to know that I have to ask she much more in the other customer next to us who the other dark skin older woman taking care of she in so much in a rush she turn me of and we not feeling welcome here to have our money in this bank she so tired and hate her job stay home please…..I would not recommend…. Dissatisfied because I’m inside the bank and she can’t give me constructive information I need to call customer service….
Worse TD I ever been too. Tellers stroll in at 10AM. Drive thru backed up yo street. Pretty bad experience
they atms never work this make me wanna change my bank the poeoplr who work here are slow and nasty attitude
This is the worst Bank I’ve ever been to. I’ll stick with the one in Montclair.
This kind of goes for all the TD Banks in the area. Do not bank at TD Bank! If you have a new account or business account or whatever, do not think your TD Bank. You can have thousands of dollars in this bank and they will red flag you if you try to spend $200 of your own money and next thing you'll know they your account will be shut down or close because they monitor your spending very aggressively! So instead it's best to get one of those prepaid cards instead! Wonder if they monitor the purchases and spending of people in the suburban communities like they do in the in these areas!
I don’t recommend this place is the worse service eve, special with this lady name carolyn no patient and and nasty way when she look at us when we opened an account
Never recommend this bank because of the rude customer service …The lady who works there needs to learn how to deal with a customer…I never had a bad experience from any of other bank like this. I have no idea how this branch runs with these kind of staff and customer service …
One of the worst customer service in all the manner..The lady who works there didn’t have basic knowledge to deal a customer. I am regular customer which represents a store do business with them…..She is rude so rude..at least bank authority needs to avoid such a bad worker which loose your credibility…..
