Worst customer service. Line was 8 people, and no one came to support the single bank teller. Great employees, sub-par organization. Atm was broken, and they only had one in the entire building.
This gotta be the worst Td bank branch and the worst customer service ever! They are slow as hell and drag their feet. Then wanna blame it on Monday this place is a joke!
The tellers were very nice professional and helpful.
TD’s DeLand branch is super nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Cathy. I came in to open some accounts and Cathy was just a wealth of knowledge and really cares for the people she works with. Super professional and went above and beyond to help me and my wife. I recommend anyone looking to go into the branch to work with Cathy!!

I love the fact that they're open 7 days a week. When I have visited I have received excellent/professional service. They made me feel at home and it's close to home. Very pleased.
Elanor Trotter was no help at all and just tried to push me out the door a minute before closing after I waited there for 20 minutes. She referred me to the bank closer to where I live which makes no sense for what I was asking to do. Waste of time and no help
So happy that I switched to TD! I called today asking about a check that was deposited a week ago that still wasn’t available in my account. I called customer service, who were also very friendly and helpful, and they advised me to call the local branch I deposited at and see if there was a possibility they could make the funds available for me sooner. I only had this issue because my account was overdrawn because bills still got paid even though the check had not yet cleared. I spoke with the amazing Lori and she took my number and told me she would call me back. She did promptly with good news that the issue was resolved! Not only that, but she then discussed a better checking account option for me that would save me money. So pleased with how she went above and beyond for me, and as a new customer I am pleased to say that I made the right choice hands down. Thanks so much Lori! And thank you TD Bank DeLand!!!
Absolutely poor service at this location. I come in and leave in a much worse mood 4/5 due to the service I get, I've been with this bank for quite some time and it never seems to improve. Will be closing my account shortly, no thanks.
Fantastic customer service. The staff is always friendly and professional. They're always willing to take the time to answer any questions you might have. TD bank has definitely been my favorite bank to work with so far.
