On May 30th, 2023 I was there. Arrived at 3:13pm and was the 13th on the line. It took more than 2h for my turn. They never cared about people waiting.
They dont care they didt do the complen , now belly say he did the claim and he didt I ask for something to print he say no I came today there was nothing no claim no nothing
Was trying to withdraw some Money from their ATM but ATM never gave my money kept my card inside never give it back neither the money went in to talk to an advisor no one help me the answer was there’s is nothing we can do! In other words they stole my money and card
If you want to get yelled at call in and ask Vanessa Smith. Worst customer service ever. I hood phone call was recording. People like that shouldn’t be picking up phones in a bank. Or anywhere tbh. She didn’t let me even ask a question. I didn’t resolve my issue and I get yelled at.
I just have the most unpleasant experience with this bank….. I went to office in 9005 Biscayne Blvd Miami Shores, FL 33138, I had to wait more than an hour to be answered and the executive they assigned me, his name is Christian, was impolite, rude and with attitude. I make him a question about the account we want open and his answers was rude and without any kind of customer service. I even had to stop his attitudes and said him that he had to reverse that very bad actitudes with two possible clients. Finally he start to ask for documents that are impossible for us to find and I definitely decide go with my business to other bank with better costumer service. I try to ask for his manager but casually he said that they didn’t have any manager in the bank at this moment. Very disappointed with this bank I don’t recommend to anybody.
On two different occasions I had to wait over an hour for a bank representative to help me. The list was short but they take forever to help one customer. They may be understaffed or slow, no idea. Best to drive to another TD bank location nearby for faster service.
Literally the worst td. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes to and hour here whether your going to the counter or to talk to a person at the desks . All the associates stand around looking bored or lost while you wait 30 minutes . They really stood In front of me having a full convo in Spanish that had absolutely nothing to do with what I was trying to do
I want to start off by saying that I have been to this location on several occasions over the last few months. Parking has never been an issue and it's free. There is a greeter at the door which I found to be quite nice, something not present anywhere these days. The staff have consistantly been polite and are all knowledgeable about TD products. There is a drive through ATM - which is very convenient, only down side is that there is also a drive up window in front of it, so if someone is at the window you have to wait. This has become my go to branch and I highly recommend them.
Worst TD bank in Miami, never do business with this branch.
