Took my bike to Team Cycle to have it tuned up before my first century ride. Brian had my bike for a few days and got it back to me bright and shiny and running smooth. I was very happy with the service and fair pricing. I was also very appreciative of his tips for my upcoming ride. I will always go to Team Cycle for my cycling needs.
I had very pleasant experience shopping for a new bike. I was able to test ride couple different bikes and decide which one i like the best. The owner is very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new bike or service.
Very nice individual. Was willing to chat about my bike and give pricing and recommendations based on the level of quality I was looking for.
They took me in with only minutes left before they closed. Wow, what great customer service! I met Brian, he really knows his stuff and is a great guy, I also met his wife at the shop. He took the time to explain different options for tires and tubes, air pressure, tune ups, etc. The prices and service were great, I'll definitely be back to try the food and get a full tune up.
I have purchased 2 bikes. Great experience, lots of help and no pressure. Bikes at several price points. If you need a repair, accessories, or looking at a new bike give this family business a look. I found better equipped bikes for less than other shops. I bought a Scott bike and a Focus. Also a great place for drinks.
I have been going to Team Cycle for three years now and can't say enough good things about the store. Prices are competitive and the selection is awesome. The coffee shop inside is an extra bonus. Brian the owner is always friendly and a wealth of information.
I had a trip planned for Moab in just a few weeks, my bike needed a lot of little things done and three bike shops just did one item and “kicked the can down the road”. Exasperated, I took it to Team Cycle and Brian didn’t do what was easy, he did what was right. My bike was tight and ready for the challenge of The Whole Enchilada. The ride was epic and so was my my Scott Genius. This is now my shop!
At first very pleased and loved the store, nice guy and great shop! However I was shocked when I went to pick up my two kids bikes when he called to tell me the bikes were ready that I would be charged $268.00 for two kids bikes tune-ups. The store did not call to tell me, "I am at $100. of repairs, do you want to move forward?" or "I am at $200. worth of repairs, do you want to move forward?" I did ask how much the tune-up is and he quoted $43/$48. per bike, which I was fine with, however, never getting a call with the increased rate really put a bad taste in my mouth. The two bikes I dropped off are not HIGH END bikes, spending more on the tune-up than the bike is NOT okay. Being a professional bike shop, the owner should have called and asked permission to keep putting repairs on low end bikes.
Stopped in for the first time. Wanted to check out Electric bikes. I have to say my experience was one of the best ever. What a great home town shop and stocked very good with accessories and parts. Even better is the cafe! Had a Razzberry lemonade ice tea and some snacks. Isabel was working the counter and was really welcoming. Def will go back soon.
Fantastic family owned store with knowledgeable staff. Good variety of bikes and parts. Haven't tried the coffee, but I hear good things. Team Cycle for the Win!
