Being accused of any alcohol or drug related driving offense jeopardizes your ability to do those essential things. All too often people, police officers and some defense lawyers think that a D.W.I. is a simple matter. You pay your fine get a conditional license for a few months and you move on. Unfortunately, that simply is not the case. With the recent changes is DMV regulations the ability to maintain your driving privileges has become a complicated matter requiring navigation through several new regulations aimed at revoked or suspended driving privileges for extended periods of time. Even the first offender needs to understand these matters so as to avoid any further risk or collateral consequences. Not every case is the same but every case has some of the same risks and you need to know them before you decide how you should proceed. At Green & Brenneck we will review your case and make sure you understand what you are facing and how to obtain the best outcome possible.
