With a passion for overall health and fitness Joe encourages and guides clients toward healthier lifestyles using simple training and lifestyle priciples. At COREvantage Fitness, he stresses the importance of movement in daily life. Life is about movement and activity. From childhood, people run and jump around all day long. Let us not forget this important principle. With movement comes good health and this can be achieved by utilizing up to 12 hours of the day to continuously be active.
