Recently just bought a car and have a loan with you guys, I can’t even call and make a payment on the phone or do it online. Don’t you think you should let people know that ahead of time? I work 12 hour shifts and can’t come in to make a payment. This is very inconvenient and now my first payment is going to be late
Can't believe they actually Make you come inside if want want to withdraw over $1,000 dollars of your own money, they will not let you use the drive up window, even though they know you have been a long-time Customer and there is a Pandemic running rampant!!!!! They want to add to their customers and employees exposure to the virus instead of being smart, what kind of people are running this place! Will pull my money out and put in a Bank!
Tech Credit Union employee was very nice with me. I was very well attended. I got really good interest rate. I have recommended it.
Very knowledgeable from start to finish very good work excellent personnel
