Let's see how many copays and charges we can make to your insurance? I was made to go in for evaluation. Copay. Pick up sleep machine. Bring back..never saw anyone for this pickup drop off. Copay Back to talk about results. Copay. I need a follow up test 6 months later and they still want me to come for a consult! I know what I'm doing! Nothing but a game to rack up fees. They could care a less about helping me!

Needed a script from Dr. advising Hometown Health Care that I needed Cpap machine. This was only due to the Phillips Co having to recall thousands of machines. All they had to do was send script after I saw Dr Patel. They advised me script would go to Hometown.It must be in Q as it hasn’t gotten there yet. This was on August 24 and now it is September 8.

The staff is terrible and rude. We had to call a number of times to get the information sent to get the cpap machine...with no return call. They highly recommend Hometown health and they tried over charging us by approximately $1,100! I highly recommend not using this facility if you need good care. Very disappointed in this location. And again the ignorance of the staff is unbelievable....terrible patient care and zero loyalty for a pretty serious health related issue. Would NOT recommend using them....

Arrived on date sent to us in reminder letter. Was told our appt was on another day. Staff person not apologetic, just wanted to make sure it wasn't her handwriting on letter. Never apologized. Arrived on new date, waited an hour in waiting room while clearly seeing MD just wandering around in the halls next to waiting room. After getting result from overnight study, MD told my full-grown teen that teens refuse to use the treatment CPAP, so there was no point in treating him. We are going to a different MD and lab to actually get treatment for my son so he can function at school. St. Peters was highly recommended. The overnight staff person for the sleep study itself was a lovely, competent gentleman. It's the daytime office staff and MD who are the problem. Go elsewhere.

Go to a hospital instead. This place is awful. The physicians assistant was holding back giggles while going over the results of the test. I guess I must look funny when I hear about needing a mask to sleep. It took over a month to get an appointment. Then I waited two weeks for the doctor to finish his vacation before getting a follow up. Apparently their service goes on hold while people take vacation. Make sure you know every detail of your insurance coverage. I get hit with a $500 deductible for the test. That's with my companies "platinum insurance". Not a word of this was mentioned before hand. They simply told me it was covered...

As one of the other reviewers put it, the staff when you go for the studies are top notch. Had two different guys and they were both great guys and really explained everything well for a newbie like me. The doctor and the office staff are the complete opposite. Ive literally gotten an answer when ive called about 2/10 times, ive gotten unexplained bills sent after I pay my copays nd everything in cash BEFORE the actual visit, and the doctor feels as if he is more of.a salesman than a physician. Not to mention i had my appointment with him rescheduled 3 times - one because of an injury he couldnt avoid, and the other two times because of his vacations which the office staff was kindly enough to schedule me during. The two stars are for the techs. Would give negative 5 for the physician and office staff. Would be worth it to go towards albany for better service if you can manage the drive.

No one will respond to my calls or my pharmacist about a refill for a needed medication. It’s been over a week. Highly disappointed.

Terrible terrible experience. Go literally anywhere else!!!!!!!!
