I saw there ad for an iPhone on Craigslist since I saw it was a store I got the phone from here. then service stopped workings after 2 months. Called my provider and told me the phone was reported LOST OR STOLEN. I tried to get in contact with the guy went to the store and its always closed. While waiting there I learned from other people that they were there for the same thing. Be cautious with places like this!!! This has been the second time it has happened to me. I think they buy phones from crooks then turn around and sell them and the buyer is the one that gets screwed over.. That's why there prices are to good to be true. That's what got me.
Sold me a "new" iPhone with a good story about it being from a BJU family that got a good deal and ended up with one too many. The phone was NOT unlocked as stated, but ATT would have done it for free had the phone actually been PAID for. Did get my money back thankfully. This is not the first Tech store in Greenville that has done this to my family. My advice would be to just bite the bullet and buy a new one. Or, buy one from someone you know personally who is upgrading.
I LOVE MY NEW LAPTOP!!! The experience at TechReBuy was a great one. The customer service was great. I was able to get my son's laptop repaired and purchase a new one for myself. I will be going here for all my tech needs!
Best place in town to buy new and used electronics! Brian takes pride in his work and will bend over backwards to meet the customers needs. He isn't satisfied until you are. I have purchased many different things from him over the years and will continue to do so.
Sold me a iPad that had technical issues. After many attempts to fix it, I decided I just wanted a refund. The owner told me the refund would take about 10 days to show up in my account, which was a lie. I called my bank & the refund was never initiated. I had to file fraud charges to get my money back.
First off this place is the biggest SCAM I have ever had to experience. I would definitely NEVER recommend this establishment to my friends let alone a stranger!! I paid for a phone at the beginning of this month and have yet to receive the phone. I am constantly going by the store and calling the man in charge. He never answers the phone and the store is constantly closed!! I will do my best to make sure EVERYONE I meet knows about this crooked establishment!! He is always telling me he is somewhere doing a chemo treatment. I pray that this is the truth and he isn't using this as an excuse to keep from giving me the phone or my money back!!
I have to say this is by far THE BEST business in Greenville in it's line of work. The guy can fix ANYTHING, and gives you the absolute best deal he possibly can on all his new/used products in store. I have had my share pf phone troubles, yet this gentleman whom runs the store always went above and beypnd to not only help resolve my issues, but create the perfect solution every time!!!!! I will ONLY be using this place for this type of business here in the Greenville area! IF YOU WANT THE BEST.....YOU GOT IT !
Tech ReBuy is a great place to buy or trade electronics. They exceeded my expectations in customer service! Next laptop purchase will be through them once again.
Took 530 dollars from me and my pastor for two used computers that we never received. We bought them for the church, he said give me til the end of the day so I can make sure everything is in order with them, so we did . now they want answer the phone and you never find them open. This isn't right I'm going to the magistrate judge to collect my money back. Hate it came down to that but 530 dollars is a lot of money to me.
Let me start by saying i never leave bad reviews, BUT,.....5 Weeks of Total Disaster... Took a Macbook pro in for screen repair and I now have it in pieces..First week the part was on back order but I didn't know until i went to pick up my computer and it wasn't ready.. Second Week he tripped and broke the brand new screen..3rd and 4th week Fed Ex lost the replacement for the replacement.. I was told to come back at noon the next day to pick it up, but when i arrived there was a sign on the door that said closed until Monday..Screen was finally found, but something was apparently missing so he couldn't put it back together.. His response to me was screen works fine i'm just missing a piece come back in 1hr and 30min and it will be ready to go.. I passed by in 1hr and noticed the Shop was CLOSED...The next day i was fed up so i sent my wife to go check on it and he told her the ribbon cable to the screen was burt out so only part of the screen worked and he had it on order.. Come back in 2 day's he said.. 2 days later went to pick it up.. Still sitting in pieces in the back with no ribbon cable.. Took my things and left!! NEW NEWS... From Apple.... YOU DESTROYED MY VIDEO CABLE THAT GOES FROM THE MOTHERBOARD TO THE SCREEN, ALSO DAMAGING THE PIN CONNECTORS ON THE MOTHERBOARD..$700 FIX DUDE.. NOT COOL 0- Communication...
