As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, the Tehachapi Parks Foundation works in partnership with the Tehacahapi Valley Recreation and Park District. The Tehachapi Parks Foundation's sole mission is to sustain, improve and develop our park facilities and recreational programs to promote and enhance our communities and quality of life for all, much which would not be possible with county and city tax dollars alone.
Since 2013, The Tehachapi Parks Foundation has been dedicated to bringing resources for the long-term stewardship of the Tehachapi Valley Recreation and Park District, all through generous contributions from volunteers, businesses and foundations.
